Relations between countries 2
In AntiNWO's plan, countries will establish relations with countries in other Groups. In a way, a country will be in two Groups. In addition to the formal, there will be another Group that will consist of the countries in other groups with which it has close relations. We gave the name informal to that Group but another name could be used. Relations between countries will supplement and assist Group relations.
Let's view it the other way around. Let's start with the informal Group. In AntiNWO's plan C, there will be no Groups. Suppose that there are no Groups. Then, it will be only the informal Group. Countries will establish close relations with other countries anywhere in the world. If we add formal Groups, a country's relations with its informal group will change and this will be explained below.
In NWO's PLAN, there are NO RELATIONS between COUNTRIES in the long term. Eventually, countries will be abolished. Long before this happens, countries will be entirely powerless. Without any powers, they will not be able to establish relations with other countries in their Group or in other Groups. There will be ONLY RELATIONS between GROUPS, the four UNIONS.
AntiNWO's final plan is between NWO's PLAN and AntiNWO's Plan C. In ANTINWO's Plan C, there are NO RELATIONS between GROUPS because there are no Groups. In NWO's plan, there are no relations between countries because countries become powerless and eventually extinct. In AntiNWO's final plan, relations between countries SUPPLEMENT and ASSIST relations between Groups.
NWO's Unions are much bigger than AntiNWO's Groups and will be more self reliant. In the end, there will be four relatively self reliant Unions with not much relations between them since Global Government will be above the four Unions and make most of the decisions. Unions will implement decisions made by the Global Government. But there will be free movement of products, services, people, capital inside and between the four Unions.
AntiNWO's Groups are smaller than NWO's and less self reliant. This allows closer relations between Groups. Of course, as it has been explained in previous articles, closeness of relations can vary considerably on a 0 to 10 scale, 0 being not existent and 10 very close. Even though both plans, NWO's and AntiNWO's, have Groups, they are very different. AntiNWO's PLAN is more DECENTRALIZED, FLEXIBLE, FUNCTIONAL, EFFECTIVE, FLUID, REALISTIC, FEASIBLE.
Today, there are many Groups around the world. The situation is chaotic, a very big mess. There is considerable overlapping between these Groups. The situation today is not what is described in the only two global full packages, NWO's and AntiNWO's. In both plans, there is no overlapping between the Groups. But the grouping in the two plans is very different.
According to NWO's extremely malfunctioning plan, there will be four Unions; European, American, Asian, African. American and Asian do not exist. African exists only on paper. Among the four Unions in NWO's plan, only EU really exists. EU countries still have an informal Group, non-EU countries with which they have close relations. But countries gradually will have no informal group and eventually they will be entirely abolished.
Suppose a country is not in EU. It has an informal Group of countries with which it has close relations. This country joins EU. How does participation in EU changes relations with the informal Group of non-EU countries? This has limitations but also opportunities. EU has free movement or people, products, services, capital. Eurozone has common currency.
There are no tariffs in the movement of goods inside EU. Countries can't set their own tariffs while trading with countries outside EU. This is one of the many powers that have been transferred from the nations to the supranational entity, EU. Suppose that an EU country wants to set zero or low tariffs for certain products in trading with a country outside EU. This is not possible. This is a limitation for an EU member trading with a country outside EU.
On the other hand, if a company from the non-EU country establishes production facilities in the EU country, the products can move without tariffs inside EU. It may be an opportunity for a non-EU company to establish production facilities in the EU country because it can have all EU as a market. EU is NWO's organizational and economic model for Groups, which has free movement of products, services people, capital.
Although these may seem wonderful to many people, they are also extremely problematic, very unrealistic. If a Group wants to have free movement, AntiNWO will not oppose it but will recommend extreme caution. AntiNWO's organizational and economic model does not have free movement of goods, services, people, capital. Nevertheless, easier movement can be facilitated.
There will be preferential trading between member countries of a Group. For instance there could be zero tariffs in some products and lower tariffs (than with countries outside the Group) in most or all of the rest. All these will be decided by each Group according to the special conditions that it has. Although AntiNWO's model is different than NWO's, participation in a formal Group will also change a country's relations with the informal group.
There will be limitations and opportunities similar to what was described for EU. EU has also free movement of people. Countries have a little more power regarding residency and naturalization processes for non-EU citizens. They have their own national policies that are based on EU directives. Unlike tariffs, residency permits and naturalization are so far handled by countries.
AntiNWO supports legal migration. In a previous article, three legal migration programs were described, Remain, Exchange, Fill. Remain concerns only the two European Groups, Western and Eastern. Unfortunately, as matters stand currently, relations between Western and Eastern European Group will be non-existent or very distant. But some agreements like Remain would be necessary.
The other two migration programs, can be agreed between any two Groups. If there is no free movement of people in a Group, similar programs could be inside the Groups. If there are no limitations by Group policies and regulations, such programs can also be agreed between countries in different Groups. The first level of cooperation will be inside the Group. If there are Regions and Subgroups, the first level of cooperation will be in Regions and the next in Subgroups.
For instance, if a country needs workers, at first it could try to fill the vacant positions with workers from inside the Region, Subgroup, Group. At a second level, if there are still vacant positions, these could be filled with workers from other Groups that have migration agreements with the country's Group. Likewise, the Exchange program can be between groups, between countries in the same Group and between countries in different Groups if Group policies and regulations allow it.
There will also be all kinds of agreements between Groups, economic, scientific, educational etc. Some agreements will be about the movement of products, services, people capital. One Group can have preferential relation with another regarding any issue. Unlike in NWO's plan, in AntiNWO's there ARE relations between COUNTRIES that SUPPLEMENT and ASSIST GROUP relations.
