Choose and apply Grouping

In the previous article, it was explained that adequate time should be allowed for Relations between Groups to develop. That time could be ten or even better twenty years. However, time starts counting after Groups are ready and that could take a while. The period that will take for the Groups to be ready, is additional to the time that should be allowed for Relations to develop.

Longer period is better because it allows Relations to mature but thirty (30) years may be too long to wait. Let's assume that twenty (20) years are given for Relations between Groups to develop. It seems better than ten (10) years. That does not mean that in twenty (20) years from now, in 2046 the decision for the Final Arrangement of Groups in Coalitions will be made. It will be twenty (20) years plus the time that it will take for the Groups to be ready.

If that time is two (2) years, something very optimistic, it will take 20 + 2 = 22 twenty two years and Coalitions will be decided in 2048. If that time is four (4) years, it will take 20 + 4 = 24 twenty four years and the Final Arrangement will be deciced in 2050. If it takes nine (9) years for the Groups to be ready, the total time will be 20 + 9 = 29 years and the Final Arrangement Coalitions will be decided in 2055.

During the twenty (20) year period, there will be no Coalitions? There will be Coalitions but these will be informal and temporary. Suppose that there is an Initial Arrangement agreed. The Groups can start developing Relations according to that Arrangement. So Coalitions can start being formed according to the Initial Arrangement but this will be unofficial and temporary because Final Arrangement may be different.

Making the GROUPS READY is a process that can be broken down into steps. FIRST and very IMPORTANT step is the DECISION regarding the GROUPING. After that, the Groups can start being formed. It is not necessary to have all the countries in a Group. A CORE of COUNTRIES will be SUFFICIENT initially. If enough countries are in a Group, they can start developing relations with other Groups.

But before they do that, they have to figure out several internal issues, how the Group will be organized inside. The first level of relations will be inside the Groups. If there is further division inside the Groups, the first level could be Regions and the second Subgroups. Further division is optional. Some Groups may not have Subgroups and Regions.

Close cooperation will be inside the Group. In Subcoalitions and Coalitions, relations will be looser. After Groups figure out how to function internally, they will be able to understand how relations with other Groups can be benefitial and develop them accordingly. We will use one example in one area of possible cooperation, movement for employment.

EU is NWO's organizational and economic model. According to NWO's plan, EU's model will be applied in the other three Unions, American, African and Asian. In EU, there is free movement of products, services, people, capital. Free movement of people supposedly is a way to fix labor shortages and surpluses in the various countries. As it has been explained in previous articles, there are much better ways to deal with this issue.

AntiNWO does not support free movement. Nevertheless, if a Group wants, it can have free movement inside and with other Groups. Instead of free movement of people, there can be Agreements for MIGRATION PROGRAMS. In one program, there is EXCHANGE of people in equal numbers. That will fix labor shortages and surpluses to some extent. Suppose that there are still labor shortages and surpluses. There can be an additional FILL PROGRAM.

Suppose that there are still labor surpluses and shortages. In that case, the Group could have similar programs with one or more other Groups. If labor surpluses and shortages are fixed inside the Group, there is no need for the Group to have migration programs with other Groups for that reason. But they could decide to have EXCHANGE programs with other Groups. Unlike with the FILL program, with the EXCHANGE program, there is no change in the population because the numbers exchanged are equal.

This is only one example of cooperation. There are many more areas of possible cooperation. The point is that the countries will have to figure out first how their needs are fulfilled inside the Group before developing relations with other Groups. The Groups should be organized first internally before they seek to establish external relations with other Groups.

That is what we mean with the time it will take for the Groups to get ready. It is the time the Groups will need to organize internally and not the time it will take for all the countries to join the Group. Having all countries in the Group may take a long time. Some of the designated countries may never join their Group and decide to be in no Group. However, that will be a difficult situation, if most of the countries are in Groups.

AntiNWO has an organizational and economic MODEL for GROUPS READY. Therefore, internal organization will be easier. However adjustments will be needed according to the special conditions inside each Group. Groups could use EU's model. It is really doubtful though that a Group would want to use a model that has failed enormously. We should also make clear that Coalitions will not be isolated. There will be relations between Coalitions.

Before the Groups start being formed, one GROUPING must be DECIDED. One of AntiNWO's two Groupings must be chosen. Since the Final Arrangement of Groups in Coalitions is unknown, the Grouping chosen must work well on forming Coalitions. Otherwise, there will be problems in the future while forming Coalitions and it will be too late to change the composition of the Groups.

So the steps are a) choose Grouping b) form Groups with at least a core of countries c) organize Groups internally d) develop relations between Groups e) have a Final Arrangement of Groups in Coalitions. If there is an Initial Arrangement, one, two or more modifications may be needed. If there is Free Formation all the way, enough time should be given for Relations to develop.

It is very important to CHOOSE ONE of AntiNWO's two GROUPINGS ASAP because there are two more steps before Relations among Groups start to develop a) form Groups with at least a core of countries b) organize Groups internally. That could take a while in addition to the development of Relations between Groups that could take twenty years. There is only harm done by delaying the decision regarding the Grouping.

The CHANCES of NWO's GROUPING are LESS than ZERO. EU is NWO's cornerstone. The CHANCES that there will be EU in the future are LESS than ZERO. Insisting on something (NWO's plan - EU) that has less than zero chances is not only extremely stupid but very harmful as well. There is NO EU in any of AntiNWO's Groupings but TWO DISTINCT, SEPARATE, INDEPENDENT European Groups, E1 and E2. This will be the topic of another article.
