AntiNWO's Plan B 2

AntiNWO’s Plan B 1

The grouping of Plan A could be used to form the Coalitions in Plan B. In that case, Plan A and Plan B will be very similar but not identical. The difference is that the Groups of Plan A can break into more in Plan B. There are many ways the Groups of Plan A can be combined to form four Coalitions. Even if Plan A Groups are not used, they can be useful as guidelines.

This leads to another reasoning to form the four Coalitions. The Groups, Subgroups, Regions that have been mentioned in Plan A can be the BUILDING BLOCKS for Coalitions. For instance, China and Northeastern Asian Group have roughly two billion population. So they can form a Coalition. Unlike in Plan A, in Plan B, Northeastern Asian Group could be divided in two or more Groups.

Likewise, India and Southeastern Asian - Oceanian Group have roughly two billion population. They can form a Coalition but again Southeastern Asian - Oceanian Group can break in two or more Groups. The composition of these two Groups (Northeastern Asia and Southeastern Asia - Oceania) has not been determined yet. So there are many ways to form the two Coalitions with the four Groups of Plan A.

There is another way to view this. China, India, Eastern Asia and Oceania have roughly four billion in population. So there can be two Coalitions there. China will be in one of them with one or more other Groups. India will be in the other with one or more Groups. China and India are treated as Groups. Half of the world's population lives in that area so two of the four, half of the Coalitions could be there.

There are endless alternatives to form two Coalitions with China, India, East Asia, Oceania. Still, this is only a possibility but it is not necessary to happen. In the case it is done this way, all the rest will form the two other Coalitions. It is a reasonable scenario and in accordance with the first reasoning, the four largest economies (China, USA, India, Russia) are in different Coalitions.

One reasoning for forming coalitions could be according to the economy size. Another is to use Groups, Subgroups, Regions of Plan A as BUILDING BLOCKS of Coalitions. The two reasonings could be combined. If China and Northeastern Asian Group is in the same Coalition, Japan will be together with China. Also if India and Southeastern Asia - Oceania are in the same Group, India will be together with Indonesia.

In Plan A, we mentioned a few alternatives for two Subgroups in Germanic-Celtic- Latin (Western European) Group. In Plan B, these could be again Subgroups or they could be Groups. They could be in the same Coalition or in two different Coalitions. Their population is a little more than two hundred thousand. Groups could be even smaller than that.

In Plan A, Eastern European Group 4 was divided in four Regions. In Plan B, these can be again Regions, Subgroups or even Groups. They can be in the same Coalition or in different Coalitions. Greco-Thraco-Illyrian countries have a population of seventy five million. If Ukraine is added it becomes one hundred and fifteen million. With Israel it is ten more million. German Wannabes (Poland, Czechia, Baltic countries) have roughly fifty five million. With Ukraine it goes up to ninety five million.

There is no upper of lower limit on the number of Groups inside a Coalition. How small or how large can a Group be? Well this is clearly subjective. One range could be fifty to five hundred million (50-500 mil) but this is arbitrary. It might as well be one hundred million to four hundred million (100-400 mil). Although clearly subjective, an upper and a lower limit on the population of a Group should be agreed.

Also existing Groups could be BUILDING BLOCKS of Coalitions. In Central and Southern America there are already three Groups, MERCOSUR, Andean Community, PARLACEN. These could be the BUILDING BLOCKS of one or more Coalitions. They can be in the same or different Coalitions. Likewise, in Sub-Saharan Africa, ECOWAS, ICAD, CEMAC, SADC could be the BUILDING BLOCKS of one or more Coalitions.

In Plan A, AntiNWO has only one red line. The broad guidelines of the grouping proposed should be followed. In Plan B, it is the opposite situation. AntiNWO can't propose a way to form the four Coalitions because there are really endless alternatives. The only requirement is that Coalitions should have roughly equal population. Relations between Groups will be loose but relations inside the Groups will be closer.

There are some points though mentioned in Plan A that must be followed. Obviously, EU can NOT BE one GROUP. It is not just a failure but a HUGE DISASTER that must be FIXED. EU is one of the WORST THINGS that HAPPENED to EUROPE. In Plan A, Europe is divided in two Groups. In Plan B, it could be divided in two or more Groups. Arab countries must be together, unless they want otherwise. But they could form one or more Groups. Some Arab countries like Syria and Lebanon could be in another Group.

RUSSIA must BE TOGETHER with SOME EASTERN EUROPEAN countries, if not all of them. It is an integral part of Eastern Europe. Probably Russia should be at least together with Christian Orthodox*, Byzantine (Balkan) and Greco-Thraco-Illyrian countries. Centuries of history can't be erased just because some psychopaths want it that way. Countries in Central Asia and Southern Caucasus are not Eastern European.

It is possible to have some Coalitions spatially continuous. Because of the way the continents are and the population they have, it can't happen in all Coalitions. The New World, American continent has a population of roughly one billion. Two big oceans separate it from Asia and Europe - Africa. Even if all American continent is in one Coalition, the rest of the Groups will have to be an ocean away.

The non continuity of the Coalitions is a disadvantage but small because relations will be loose. Groups will be spatially continuous and have closer relations. The first level and the closer relations will be among the countries in the same Group (Region or Subgroup if they exist). The second level will be among Groups in the same Coalition. The third level will be among Coalitions. Relations between countries that are in different Groups or in different Coalitions will not be prohibited.

The process in Europe for Plan A has been explained. Some countries will spin off from EU and form Group 4 with CIS. So EU will break in two parts. In Plan B, EU will break in two or more parts. Countries in Europe and everywhere should form Groups with the countries that are closer to them geographically and in terms of relations. The Groups should be spatially continuous. When the Groups are formed, they will decide in which Coalition they want to be.

* Christian Orthodox countries are Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, N. Macedonia, Romania, Moldova, Transnistria, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Armenia (miaphysitism).
