CIS enlargement

CIS enlargement
There are two main routes that can be followed in the formation of Eastern European Group 4. The best way would be if EU's Eastern European countries exited from EU the soonest possible. Western European countries are 75% of EU's population. When they separate from Eastern European countries that are only 25% of the population, they can rename the Group Western European Union and be EU's continuation.
Sometime in the future, UK, Switzerland and Norway will be added as trading partners or members. These three countries have 20% of Western European Group's population. So after the separation of Western and Eastern countries in EU, 80% of Western Group's population will already be inside the Group and only 20% remaining to be added later.
The formation of Western European Group is very simple. All required is to separate Western from Eastern countries in EU with the one of the three possible ways. The best way would be if Eastern European countries exited. If this is followed, Western European Group can be considered a continuation of EU. There are two more ways. There could be a decision in EU to split into two parts or Western European countries could exit to form a separate Group right away.
The formation of Eastern European Group is a little more complex. It depends on how soon Western European countries separate from Eastern in EU. It is absolutely certain that eventually they will separate because WESTERN EUROPEAN voters DO NOT WANT to be in the SAME GROUP with EASTERN EUROPEAN countries. They want to be in a SEPARATE GROUP. Additionally, they want two relatively autonomous Subgroups as described in AntiNWO's plan.
If the separation happens soon, Eastern European countries could form a temporary independent Group. There will be smooth transition. Matters will remain as they were in EU for some time. Also relations with Russia will be improved. Countries that are not EU members will be added in the Group gradually. It will prepare to merge with CIS and become a relatively autonomous Subgroup of Eastern European Group.
Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) already exists as a Group since 1991 and it is a successor entity of Soviet Union. On December 8 1991, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus signed the Bolovezha Accords, declaring that USSR had ceased to exist and establishing CIS as the successor entity. On December 21 1991, the Alma-Ata (Almaty) protocols were signed in Kazakhstan.
Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan agreed to participate in CIS. Georgia joined CIS two years later, in December 1993. Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) were in USSR but refused to participate in Commonwealth of Independent States claiming that they were illegally included in USSR in 1940.
Ukraine and Turkmenistan were associate members due to some legal procedures, not ratifying CIS Charter. Georgia withdrew in August 2008. Ukraine withdrew representatives in May 2018 but has not formally withdrawn. On December 2023, Moldova announced its intention to withdraw by the end of 2024. The only country that has officially withdrawn is Georgia.
If the best approach is followed, the one AntiNWO recommends, Ukraine and Moldova will be in Subgroup A. They will be added sometime in the future as trading partners or members. The best approach requires that separation of Eastern and Western European countries will happen the soonest possible. If this is not possible, then the route of CIS ENLARGEMENT will be followed.
In Table E of Appendix 24, Eastern European Group 4 is divided into three categories. Category A is CIS countries. Ukraine and Moldova are included since they have not withdrawn officially. Georgia is also included since it was a member and can be added anytime. In Category B are countries that are not EU members and in Category C are EU members.
CIS has 68,5% of the Group's population, non-EU countries 5,7% and EU countries 25,8%. In the "CIS ENLARGEMENT" approach countries will be gradually added in Category A - CIS until Eastern European Group is complete. The countries added will be from the other two Categories, B and C. Non EU countries could join CIS, even though almost all (except Israel), are candidates to become EU members.
It will be much wiser to join CIS than to join EU for two reasons. Joining CIS would probably be much faster and easier. Also joining EU will be really meaningless and waste of time since eventually Western European countries will form a separate Group, Western European. It is much wiser to join the Group in which they will eventually be, Eastern European Group.
Eastern European EU countries could also exit EU and join CIS. Some countries may be dissatisfied with EU. Or they may realize that eventually they will be in Eastern European Group. So the sooner this is done the better it will be. Even if they are not dissatisfied with EU, it would be wiser to join CIS because eventually they will be in the same Group with these countries and not with Western European.
WESTERN EUROPEAN voters DO NOT WANT to be in the SAME GROUP with EASTERN EUROPEAN countries. They will vote for AntiNWO parties and these will take their countries out of EU to form a SEPARATE GROUP with only WESTERN EUROPEAN countries. When this is done, all EU's Eastern European countries will be LEFT OUT in the COLD while the rest will be cozy in CIS ENLARGEMENT.
Most of the LEFT OUTS will join CIS ENLARGEMENT and be at a disadvantage, compared to the countries that are already in. Those that will not join will be in no Group and probably at an even greater disadvantage. So the wise choice for those countries that are in no Group (Category B) is to join CIS. It is also wise for EU's Eastern European countries to exit EU and join CIS.
Obviously CIS ENLARGEMENT will not be anymore a successor entity of Soviet Union. It will be a preparatory entity of Eastern European Group. They could give it a different name, if the want to keep also CIS as successor entity of USSR. Or they could give another name to the subgroup that originated from Soviet Union. But these are merely formalities.
Bottom line is that Eastern European Group 4 will be formed by the addition of countries in CIS. There would be many people, political parties, countries that would not like this approach. There is a way to avoid it. They should FACILITATE the BEST APPROACH. WESTERN EUROPEAN countries must separate from EASTERN in EU, as soon as possible (ASAP). Then the best approach can be followed. Otherwise "CIS ENLARGEMENT" will be followed.
