According to an opinion, illegal immigrants that fill job vacancies should be legalized. That would be a very wrong approach. It will send the wrong message. It will encourage illegal migration while the goal is to eliminate it and replace it with legal migration. There will be more illegal migration because they will expect that eventually they will be legalized.
The right policies should do exactly the opposite. If potential illegal immigrants know that they will certainly be deported, they will be very hesitant to attempt entering illegally a country. On the other hand, if they know that most likely they will be legalized, they will be encouraged to attempt it. Measures taken should prohibit illegal migration, not encourage it.
All illegal immigrants should be deported. When they go back to their country, they can apply to become legal immigrants. We mentioned that in their application they could include or omit previous illegal residence. It is possible that countries keep records of the illegal immigrants they deport. In that case, omitting previous illegal residence will make only things worse, regarding the approval of their application.
We need to emphasize one very important point. There can NOT be any LEGAL MIGRATION PROGAMS while JOB VACANCIES are FILLED with ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, for a very simple reason. There are NO JOB VACANCIES for LEGAL IMMIGRANTS. All the JOBS are TAKEN by ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. In order to HAVE LEGAL MIGRATION PROGRAMS, ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS should be GRADUALLY DEPORTED.
Not all illegal immigrants fill job vacancies that can't be filled with citizens. Some take jobs from locals and some are involved in criminal activities. So the number of job vacancies that will be created will be much less than the number of illegal immigrants that will be deported. Nevertheless, these job vacancies should be filled with legal immigrants. A program of legal migration has to be ready.
Some of the illegal immigrants that have jobs, fill job vacancies while others take jobs from locals. What is the percentage of each category can't be estimated. When illegal immigrants are deported gradually, some of the job vacancies created will be filled with citizens. But there would be also some vacant positions that should be filled with legal immigrants. The number of legal immigrants that will come in will be less than the number of illegal immigrants deported.
Another important point is that illegal immigrants who have jobs may not be the most suitable for these. Other people with much better skills may be interested to migrate legally and take these positions. But these people are not willing to migrate illegally. With illegal migration, not the best immigrant workers fill the vacant positions that citizens can't fill.
Countries should choose the skills legal immigrants have and where they come from. The skills should be according to the positions that they will fill. Many positions do not require any skills but not all of them. Skills are not only related to job performance. Knowledge of language is also a skill, even if the job does not require much use of language.
A gardener does not need to speak while watering or pruning plants. But he will have to communicate with the customers and his/her boss, if s/he works for a company and is not self employed. A cook must communicate with other people working in the restaurant. So although language may not be used in the core activity of a job, language skills are a plus and those who have them should be preferred.
Suppose that there is need for ten thousand unskilled workers. A hundred thousand apply from many countries around the world. Some speak the language of the country. These should be chosen first. Countries of origin is another issue. Some jobs are seasonal. So if workers come in only for the season, they should be from countries that are close by. But they may be accepted as legal immigrants for longer periods and be employed seasonally.
Also a country may decide to have more even distribution regarding places of origin. For instance, in USA, a very large percentage of illegal immigrants are from Latin America, the countries that are south of its borders. They may choose to bring in legal immigrants from Europe and other parts of the world as well. Another issue that may effect origins chosen is countries' and Group's relations.
A country may prefer to bring in legal immigrants from countries it has good relations with. This could be part of the overall relations between the two countries. Also there will be migration agreements between Groups and these will be included in the overall relations of the two Groups. So certain countries and certain Groups may be preferred and more immigrants will come in from these.
Defective people believe that there should be open borders. This is UTOPIA. It is a Greek word that literally means no - place, something that doesn't exist. It is used for VERY UNREALISTIC ideas. Although to some people the idea of open borders may sound wonderful, in reality it creates endless problems. It is something that would have very few positive consequences and very many negative. It is out of the question.

So according to NWO plan, there will be free movement of people, products, capital in American Union.
This means that people would be able to move freely all over North, Central and South America. So anyone who manages to somehow arrive in any country in the American continent, will be able to go anywhere in North, Central and South America. EU fundamentals are NWO fundamentals. All EU fundamentals are fundamentally wrong, so all NWO fundamentals are fundamentally wrong.
In AntiNWO's superb plan, there are migration programs. There will be migration allowed, to the extent that no problems are created. In AntiNWO's magnificent plan, migration will have only positive and no negative effects. NWO's plan is chaotic while AntiNWO's plan is organized and orderly. NWO's plan has created global chaos and things will only get worse, if it is followed through. AntiNWO's plan will fix all the mess NWO has created.
