Eastern Europe’s orientation 2

Eastern Europe’s orientation

We presented two examples, with a) North America (mainly USA) and b) China supporting and assisting the formation of Eastern European Group. Only the main players were included, those that so far have the most interest in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, North America, China. If we combine these two examples with the example that included all Groups, we get the two external relations ratings for Eastern European Group.

North America's support

North America 9   Arab Group 7   China 6   Southwestern Asia 6   India 6   Central-South America 5   Northeastern Asia 5   Southeastern Asia-Oceania 4   Western Europe 4   Northern Sub-Saharan Africa 3   Southern Sub-Saharan Africa 3

China's support

China 9   Arab Group 7   North America 6   Southwestern Asia 6   India 6   Central-South America 5   Northeastern Asia 5   Southeastern Asia-Oceania 4   Western Europe 4   Northern Sub-Saharan Africa 3   Southern Sub-Saharan Africa 3

Although Western Europe is currently considered a "main external player" in Eastern Europe, relations rating is below Groups that are not considered main players. This would be a negative consequence for not supporting the formation of Eastern European Group. In the first example above, we could say that the Group has orientation towards North America and in the second towards China.

AntiNWO supports further division in Groups with Subgroups and Regions. We should not forget that Regions include nations. AntiNWO wants to give power to nations. We will examine external relations rating at Subgroup, Region and country level. In AntiNWO's plan, there are two relatively independent Subgroups in Eastern European Group, Western and Eastern.

The two Subgroups could have different external relations with other Groups. Suppose that North America and China support and assist the formation of Eastern European Group. In that case, they will earn closer relations with the Group. If the two Subgroups have different external relations, North America could be closer to Western Subgroup and Eastern to China. So we could get the following external relations ratings for Western and Eastern Subgroup.

Western Subgroup

North America 9   China 7   Arab Group 7   India 6   Central-South America 5   Southwestern Asia 5    Northeastern Asia 5   Western Europe 5   Southeastern Asia-Oceania 4   Northern Sub-Saharan Africa 3   Southern Sub-Saharan Africa 3

Eastern Subgroup

China 9   North America 7   Arab Group 7   India 7   Central-South America 6   Southwestern Asia 6   Northeastern Asia 6   Southeastern Asia-Oceania 5   Northern Sub-Saharan Africa 4   Southern Sub-Saharan Africa 4   Western Europe 3

Subgroups will be further divided into Regions. In Western Subgroup, there will be Northern and Southern Region. We will examine the case in which Western Europe and North America support the formation of Eastern European Group. It is not very likely that Western Europe will do such a thing soon but nevertheless it is not entirely impossible. There could be the following ratings.

Northern Region

Western Europe 9   North America 7   China 6   Arab Group 5   India 5   Central-South America 5   Southwestern Asia 5   Northeastern Asia 5   Southeastern Asia-Oceania 4   Northern Sub-Saharan Africa 3   Southern Sub-Saharan Africa 3

Southern Region

North America 9   Western Europe 7   China 6   Arab Group 6   India 5   Central-South America 5   Southwestern Asia 5   Northeastern Asia 5   Southeastern Asia-Oceania 4   Northern Sub-Saharan Africa 3   Southern Sub-Saharan Africa 3

In that case, Western Subgroup has western orientation, Northern Region has orientation towards Western Europe and Southern Region towards North America. Western Europe would have to earn close relations with Western Subgroup by supporting and assisting the formation of a temporary independent Group from countries designated to be in the Subgroup.

In Eastern Subgroup, there will be two Regions, a Christian European and a Muslim Asian. The first will have Russia, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia and the second will have ACA, Azerbaijan and Central Asian countries. European Christian Region could be more oriented towards China while Asian Muslim more towards the two Muslim Groups. External relations ratings for the two Regions could be as follows.

European Region

China 9   Arab Group 7   North America 7   Southwestern Asia 6   India 6   Central-South America 6   Northeastern Asia 6   Southeastern Asia-Oceania 4   Western Europe 4   Northern Sub-Saharan Africa 3   Southern Sub-Saharan Africa 3

Asian Region

Arab Group 9   Southwestern Asia 9   China 7   North America 6   India 6   Central-South America 5   Northeastern Asia 5   Southeastern Asia-Oceania 5   Western Europe 4   Northern Sub-Saharan Africa 3   Southern Sub-Saharan Africa 3

We should make clear that all the ratings we presented are only examples. The purpose of these examples is to make Group external relations better understood. There is no suggestion or implication that the external relations shown in the examples should be followed. Anyone can change the ratings according to his/her opinion. Groups can make plans on how they would like their external relations ratings to be.

What is not only stated very clearly but also emphasized is something very simple. All those interested in Eastern Europe could earn close relations by supporting and assisting the formation of Eastern European Group. Currently, the main players are Western Europe, North America (mainly USA), China. In the future this may change. Close relations with Eastern Europe are not granted to Western by God or a supreme power.

Western Europe could stop being a main player and others could be added as external main players, like Arab countries for instance. AntiNWO is giving to all interested the opportunity to become important external players in Eastern Europe by supporting and assisting the formation of Eastern European Group. There are agreements ready to be made, at least with North America (USA), China and Arab countries.

These agreements will be crucial for Eastern Europe's economic take off. They can't be made currently because Eastern European Group has not been formed yet. They could be made if a temporary independent Group is formed from countries that are designated to be in Western Subgroup. It is of great importance that this Group is formed the soonest possible. Eastern Subgroup already exists as CIS.

Also we should emphasize that the building blocks of Regions are nations. Giving power to nations is extremely important for AntiNWO. Supranational entities will have only the absolutely minimum authority required for their proper functioning. Each country will establish its own relations inside and outside the Group, in addition to internal Group policies and external agreements with other Groups.
