Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union

It was mentioned that Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union could adopt AntiNWO's superb model which will be the standard for most Groups. In this economic and organizational model, there is no free movement of products, services, people, capital but there is economic cooperation and specialization. The policies and legislation at Group level are the minimum requirements for a successful economic cooperation. If Groups want to do more, they can, it will be their choice.

Division of Europe in two parts is a very important and non-negotiable point in AntiNWO's masterpiece. Eastern European countries should make a clean start. For a transitional period, matters will remain as they were in EU and gradually the new economic and organizational model will be implemented. In this article, we are concerned about Western European or Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union. It will continue as EU was.

The only difference will be that the Eastern European countries will not be included. It will be difficult to turn around this massive bureaucracy. So the free movement will remain, at least for a sometime. Because Eastern European countries will exit, income disparity will be smaller. There will still exist a problem with the free movement but it will be smaller and more manageable. With the DIVISION, BOTH WESTERN and EASTERN EUROPE BENEFIT.

In the long term, It will be their decision in Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union to retain or not free movement, according to their citizens desires. Even if they do not abolish free movement, there are many things they can do. They can have two Subgroups. A possible North - South division in two Subgroups was shown in the previous article. This is only the option that seems more reasonable. It is not necessary to make the division in two Subgroups, the way it was described.

In the North - South division, in Subgroup A, people speak mainly Latin languages while in subgroup B, they speak mainly Germanic languages. AngloSaxons were Germanic tribes but today in UK, most people have mainly Celtic ancestry because Britons were Celts. Celtic countries are also France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal. Netherlands is more Celtic than Germanic.

So with the North - South division, all Celtic countries are not in the same group. Is it possible to have a Germanic - Celtic division in Subgroups? It is shown in the table below. This is a West - East division instead of North - South. All countries in Subgroup A are Celtic. Subgroup B is Germanic and Latin. Germanic is not in a strict manner. The real Germanic countries are Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway.

SubGroup A Population   SubGroup B Population
France 68.128.000   Germany 84.358.845
UK 67.026.292 Italy 58.788.924
Spain 48.196.693   Netherlands 17.886.900
Belgium 11.755.313   Sweden 10.538.026
Portugal 10.467.366   Austria 9.120.091
Ireland 5.149.139   Switzerland 8.865.270
Luxembourg 660.809   Denmark 5.941.388
Malta 519.562   Finland 5.541.016
211.903.174   Norway 5.504.329
  206.544.789

Holland (Netherlands), Austria, Switzerland and Finland are not strictly Germanic but could be included in the "Germanic" Subgroup. Holland has a considerable Germanic ancestry but probably Celtic is more. They speak a Germanic language and have Germanic culture. Austria's language and culture is German. Switzerland has a German part. Finns have a secondary Nordic (Germanic) ancestry and considerable Nordic influence in their culture.

The four largest countries in Western Europe are Germany, France, UK, Italy. Spain is fifth. These also participate in G7 with USA, Canada, Japan. We need to mention that it is not a real G7 but a fake one. This is another story though. In both divisions, two of the four largest countries are in each Subgroup. In the North - South division, France is with Italy and Germany with UK. In the West - East division, France is with UK and Germany with Italy.

Not all Western European countries are included in the two tables. Those that have a population below five hundred thousands are omitted. Malta is included because its population is barely over that. Among those omitted, the biggest is Iceland with a population of three hundred and ninety thousand. It is not a member in EU. There are more below one hundred thousand; Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City.

In Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union, they can choose the division in Subgroups they like more, if they decide to have Subgroups, something they should do. They will decide which one is better for them. It seems to us that the North - South division is better and that is why we presented it first. In this division, Subgroups are more condensed spatially. In the West - East division, Subgroups are more spread out, the distance from the center to the ends is bigger.

In North - South division, In addition to speaking mainly Latin languages in Subgroup A and Germanic in Subgroup B, the first one is mainly Catholic while the second mainly Protestant. There is another reason we believe the North - South division in Subgroups is better. It seems that France, Italy, Spain, Portugal are in need of different policies to solve their problems.

Subgroups will not just make things more orderly. This very important feature in AntiNWO's superb plan may help solve problems. Different policies can be applied in the two Subgroups. That could be helpful, if the two subgroups need different policies. This seems to be the situation presently but a more careful examination will be required. The two Subgroups could even have different currencies, if this is necessary.

The currency of Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union will no longer be called Euro, since there will be a different currency in Eastern European Group 4 which most likely will be called Eastern Euro. So, in Western Europe it could be called Western Euro. If the two Subgroups have two different currencies, one may be called Southwestern Euro or Euro SW (SouthWest) and the other Northwestern euro or Euro NW (NorhtWest).

Two different currencies is not mandatory to happen but is an important option, if it will help to solve problems. One reason to have different currencies would be the expectation of different exchange rates. They will start with an exchange rate of 1:1. If for example exchange rate in Subgroup A (Southern) is expected to fall, it will make products and services more competitive. Another reason would be to apply different monetary policies. Monetary policy is a very important and useful part of the overall economic policy.

Subgroups could even have their capitals, in addition to Brussels which will be Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union's capital. If we check the map, in the North - South division, France is in the geographical center of Subgroup A and Denmark of Subgroup B. Not Paris but Marseille and Lyon which are the second and third largest cities, are closer to the geographical center. One of the two could be the Subgroup's capital. Probably Marseille is more suitable.

In the case of Subgroup B, it will have to be Copenhagen. In the West - East division, France as a country remains in the center of Subgroup A but Paris gets closer to the center and could be the capital. In Subgroup B, Germany is in the geographical center, so one of the bigger cities could be the Subgroup's capital. Overall, the North - South division in Subgroups seems better. On a first glance, this is the division they should choose in Germanic-Cetltic-Latin Union but a more careful examination will be required.
