Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union 3
Two divisions are suggested in Europe by AntiNWO. One is Europe's division in two separate Groups, Western European Group 3 or Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union and Eastern European Group 4. This is a win - win situation, both Western and Eastern Europeans benefit. It is absolutely necessary to happen, a very important and non negotiable point in AntiNWO's superb plan.
There could be further division inside the two European Groups, as in any Group. The first level of internal division is Subgroups and the second Regions. These are optional. Groups can do whatever they want inside. Although optional, they are very helpful and should be done in both European Groups. The division of Group 4 into two Subgroups with two Regions each has been explained adequately.
Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union should have a further division in at least two Subgroups. In this way, both Subgroups benefit. The first level of cooperation, the closest relations will be inside the Subgroup. Supplementary to that, there will be relations between the two Subgroups. All Western European countries will still be in the same Germanic-Celtic-Latin Group. It will not be two separate Groups but two separate Subgroups. They can decide the degree of autonomy these will have.
Capitals for Subgroups are not necessary but preferable and useful. In the most reasonable division of North - South, the two capitals could be Marseille or Lyon (South) and Copenhangen (North).There is another reason, North - South division is preferable. There are already informal alliances or Subgroups in that manner. So what already exists in an informal way, will be formal.
In Subgroup A (South), both Marseille or Lyon could be the capital, with Marseille seeming more suitable. We mentioned that Marseille is the second largest city (in terms of population) in France and Lyon third. To be precise, this is regarding the city population which is 871 thousand in Marseille and 523 thousand in Lyon. When we examine the metropolitan area, Lyon (2,3 million) is the second largest and Marseille - Aix en Provence (1,8 million) third. That doesn't change anything. Marseille still seems more suitable but it is something Subgroup A will decide.
If there was not a massive bureaucracy already set in Brussels, it could be possible to have capitals in the Subgroups and no capital for the Group. Presently and for some time, Brussels will have to remain as the Group's capital. Gradually, it could diminish and the two Subgroups' capitals could have more power. In the long term, there could be only two capitals in the Subgroups, without a capital for the Group.
In Eastern European Group 4, AntiNWO recommends to start with only four capitals for the Regions. If capitals for Subgroups and/or the Group seem necessary, they could be established later. Suppose that sometime in the future, there are only capitals for Subgroups in Western European Group 3. The two Subgroups could meet in rotation in the two capitals.
The facilities in the Subgroups' capitals do not have to be anything extravagant like in Brussels. As a start, a building with conference rooms, office space for some employees and preferably an auditorium would be enough. Subgroups would meet more regularly than the Group. It is better if they have a place for that and a place where some workers can do coordinating work for the Subgroup. If Subgroups' capitals get more responsibilities, the facilities will have to grow.
What if there are no capitals for the Subgroups? Where can the meetings of the Subgroups be? There are two options. One is these to take place in Brussels. The other is to take place in the capitals of the countries in rotation. AntiNWO recommends to have capitals for the Subgroups. In the future, they can decide, if they will keep Brussels as the capital of the Group or not.
While Western Europarliament exists, there needs to be a physical location for that. Of course there is the option of video conferencing but that may be difficult with many hundreds of MEPs participating. Western Europarliament should be abolished because a) it is a total waste of taxpayer's money b) it is unflexible. A Western Europarliament can be the aggregation of national Parliaments, with the use of some simple math. This is a big save for taxpayers and much more flexible.
Of course, Western Europeans will decide what they will do regarding Subgroups. We presented only a few examples. Most of the points that we mentioned regarding AntiNWO's superb organizational and economic model, could probably be applied in Germanic-Celtic-Latin Union. The two most important things are to a) divide Europe in two Groups b) further division inside these two Groups.
When Europe is divided in two groups, income disparity will be smaller which will make the situation better in both Groups. It is even more important in Western European Group. Eastern European Group will have a different economic and organizational model in which income disparity is not a problem but when it becomes smaller, it makes things easier. There will be more homogeneity overall, not only in income.
The level of economic development will be more similar. In both Groups, they will be dealing with more similar people. They will be able to understand each other better and solve problems. Eastern European countries were the enemy until the beginning of 1990's. It was not until 2004 that the first Eastern European countries joined EU. Bulgaria and Romania joined in 2007 and Croatia in 2013.
Western European NWO governments constantly interfere in Eastern Europe. They should concentrate in their Group, fix the big mess EU is and deal with the problems their people have. When Eastern European countries spin off in order to form a group with CIS, things will be easier for Western European Group. For Western European NWO, their first priority is to interfere in Eastern Europe.
This is because their first priority and most likely their only concern is NWO's insane plan. According to this madness, all Eastern Europe is in EU, except Russia. Western and Eastern Europe are harmed when they are in the same Group. The only ones that benefit or believe that they benefit are maniacs in NWO's vicious cabal. They have a chaotic way of thinking, probably due to mental illness or drug use. NWO is in reality a disorder.
NWO's insane plan is a REVISED VERSION. It was NOT the ORIGINAL IDEA in the CRUSADES or the ORIGINAL PLAN after WORLD WAR II. According to both, the Union would include only Western European countries. These lunatics constantly interfere everywhere in Eastern Europe and in places that are not even Eastern Europe, like Georgia. Western European NWO is behind the demonstrations that pro EU opposition is doing in Georgia.
They caused the war in Ukraine. Ukraine and Belarus have always been Russia's closest allies. Western European NWO orchestrated a pseudo-revolution and a coup against a legally elected President, who was pro-Russian, something that was normal for Ukrainians. They placed an anti-Russian government which started ethnic cleansing in the southern and eastern areas, where people self identify as Russians.
The actions of Western European NWO have a negative impact not only in Eastern Europe but also in Western. The war is not in Western Europe but has a big negative effect on Western Europeans. First of all, they have been paying heavily for Ukraine. Also the war had a very negative impact on Western European economies. These were all caused by Western European NWO governments because according to NWO's totally insane plan, all Eastern Europe would be in European Union, except Russia. The war could escalate and become World War that could even bring the end of the world.
And all these for what? Just to implement NWO's insane plan. AntiNWO is giving to Western Europeans the ORIGINAL VERSION of the Crusades and after World War II, a Western European Union. It is better for them and it is better for Eastern Europe. Dividing the Western European Group in two Subgroups will make things even easier. Western Europeans should concentrate not only in their Group but also in their Subgroup, instead of constantly interfering in Eastern Europe.
