Important 4A Subgroup 2

Important 4A Subgroup 2
Israel and Ukraine will not be among the starting countries in Subgroup 4A. They will be added by members later. Ukraine is among the certain to participate. For Israel, negotiations could start immediately and be part of the overall negotiations. If Russia agrees, actual participation could happen sometime in the future. Most likely, Russia will ask something in return from Trump, in order to agree with Israel's participation.
Both countries that have wars will be in Subgroup 4A. For Ukraine it is certain and for Israel it is very likely. So the situation in these countries concerns mainly Subgroup 4A and Group 4. First step will be to stop the war. Second will be the future situation in these countries. Reconstruction is an important part of it. It is needed in both Ukraine and Gaza but these are different cases.
Ukraine and Belarus have always been Russia's closest allies. Evil Western European NWO caused the civil war in Ukraine and damaged the very good relations Russia and Ukraine had in the past. As relations are currently, it would be very difficult for Russia and Ukraine to be in the same Subgroup. So Ukraine will be in Subgroup A, with Balkan countries, Hungary, Slovakia and either Italy or German Wannabes.
Western European NWO has done an awful lot of harm already. They should not interfere in Ukraine or Israel, if Israel is in Subgroup 4 which is the most likely to happen. The situation in Ukraine and Israel concerns mainly a) these two countries b) Subgroup 4A c) Group 4. Western Europeans should not interfere in Ukraine or anywhere in Eastern Europe because it is not their business and when they get involved they cause a lot of harm.
Western Europeans should focus on their Group and their Subgroups. They should mind their Celtic and Germanic affairs with their Celtic and Germanic ways in their Celtic and Germanic land. They can also establish relations with other Groups. Italy can be involved in the Group's affairs, only if it is in Group 4. Otherwise they should focus on Group 3 and their Subgroup A.
Obviously, assistance will be required regarding reconstruction in Ukraine and Gaza. Currently Gaza is in Israel which most likely will be in Group 4. Western Europeans should only respond if their assistance is requested. There may be assistance from other Groups and Western European involvement may not be required. They have the tendency to get involved everywhere, when they should get involved only in Western Europe, in their Celtic and Germanic land.
Gaza and Ukraine need different approaches regarding reconstruction. In Gaza, reconstruction should not start unless there is a plan ready for the future of Palestinians. There are a few alternatives. Of course these people must live somewhere. Even if reconstruction starts immediately, it will take some time for the buildings and the infrastructure to get ready.
So for many people in Gaza, there must be first a temporary and afterwards a permanent solution. Some could skip temporary and go directly to permanent solution. Palestinians can be given incentives to migrate voluntarily to other countries, mainly in Groups 5, 8 and 4. Group 5 is Arab and Group 8 is Muslim. Syria and Lebanon could be in Group 8.
Most Palestinians are Muslims but there are also some Christians and Druzes. In Group 4, preferably Palestinian Muslims should migrate to Muslim countries or areas. Not all will migrate. Those that choose to stay should be separated from Israelis. One solution would be to establish relatively autonomous Palestinian territories, in Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, close to the borders with Israel.
This can be also considered migration but it is a different kind. In the first type of migration, Palestinians will locate in already established cities, towns, villages, in other countries, mainly in Groups 5 and 8 but also in other Groups as well. In the second type of migration, instead of rebuilding Gaza, they will build new cities, towns, villages in neighboring Arab countries. Or they can build new neighborhoods, next to existing cities, towns and villages. One incentive would be assistance in that construction.
Palestine's boundaries are not specific. They changed throughout the centuries. In ancient times, Palestine was Philistia, the land of Philistines. They were seafarers of Greek (Hellenic) origin. The land of Philistines was Pentapolis; Gaza, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Ekron, Gath. Jaffa was also in Philistia for some time. Jaffa is a port, part of present day's Tel Aviv - Jaffa (or Yafo) metropolitan area.
Today's Palestinians are Arabs. It is better if they are not together with Israelis. They could live in neighboring Arab countries, close to the borders with Israel. Palestinians will live in their land since boundaries are not specific. They will be together with fellow Arabs in neighboring Arab countries. Israel could contribute territory. This will be part of the negotiations. Major negotiations will be required where many countries will get involved.
Another solution is to have a Palestinian state. Currently Palestinians are in two areas, Gaza and West Bank. If there is a Palestinian state, it should be continuous, one area instead of two. Although neighboring Arab countries may accept Palestinians in their land and boost their economies, it is not very likely that they will contribute territories for a Palestinian state. That would have to be done solely by Israel.
There is also the mixed solution. All three could happen. Some Palestinians could migrate to established cities, towns, villages in other countries. Others could build new cities, towns, villages or neighborhoods, in neighboring Arab countries, close to the borders with Israel. Also a small Palestinian state could be established. It would be small because many would have migrated voluntarily to other countries, including the territories in neighboring Arab countries.
The current situation, if Palestinians remain in Gaza and West Bank in the state of Israel, is the worst solution but a possibility. If the situation remains, with Palestinians in two areas inside the state of Israel, problems, conflicts and hostilities will remain. Regardless of the solution, it would be a mistake to start rebuilding Gaza without having a plan for the future of Palestinians.
Groups 4, 5 and 8 should be involved. Israel most likely will be in Group 4. Group 5 is Arab and Palestinians are Arabs. Perhaps Syria and Lebanon will be in Group 8. Palestinians should migrate voluntarily mostly to Groups 5 and 8. Neighboring Arab countries will be in Groups 5 and 8. The only ones that should not get involved at all in Middle East or Ukraine are Western Europeans. They can only get involved, if their assistance is requested.
