Migration agreement programmes

Migration Agreement programs

All EU fundamentals are fundamentally wrong. NWO and EU are garbage and will cease to exist. It is a matter of time. The question is not IF NWO - EU will cease to exist but WHEN this will happen. Whatever NWO-EU maniacs do is meaningless. Anti-NWO continues elaborating on its plan. It has been mentioned several times that there will be agreements between Groups. One agreement could be regarding migration.

MIGRATION AGREEMENT has THREE PROGRAMS so far; a) REMAIN b) EXCHANGE c) FILL. In the future, more could be added. The first program, REMAIN, is mainly designed for the two (or more) European Groups but it can be used between any two Groups. EU has free movement of people. Some people from Eastern Europe have been living in Western and vice versa. What will happen to them after EU and Europe are divided in two (or more) groups?

If they have been living legally in a country adequate time, they will be able to remain where they are permanently. How much will adequate time be? It will be no more than five and no less than two years. So it will be between two and five years. That will have to be decided when the agreement is made. Probably it will be closer to the minimum, not the maximum. Three years is a possible adequate time period but we can't know what they will decide in the future.

As the situation is right now, EU citizens can live anywhere they want in EU. They do not need a residence permit. When there will be two (or more) Groups in Europe, Eastern Europeans will not be able to live in Western Europe and vice versa. How will they be able to continue living in the country they are permanently? It is up to each country if they will get permanent residence or citizenship.

Most likely they will get permanent residence first and afterwards citizenship. Most countries give citizenship to permanent residents that have lived there for a number of years. MIGRATE NOW! Those in Eastern Europe that are considering migrating to Western Europe and vice versa, should do it the soonest possible. By the time the REMAIN PROGRAMME will be AGREED, they will have adequate time and be able to live where they are permanently.

First the two (or more) groups will have to be formed. Then agreements will be made between the Groups. There may be other agreements made first. So it will be some time till the migration agreement is signed. If those interested MIGRATE NOW, probably by the time the agreement is made, they will have enough time to be included in the remain agreement.

Let's look at an example. Now a Bulgarian can live in Holland, since Bulgaria is in EU. No permit is required. After Western and Eastern Europe are separated that will not be possible. But if some Bulgarians have been living in Holland for a number of years, with the REMAIN MIGRATION AGREEMENT, they will be able to remain in Holland permanently. Probably they will get permanent residence first and after some years they will get citizenship.

The REMAIN PROGRAM will include all countries in Western and Eastern European Group, not only the countries that are in EU. But for those that are not in EU, it is not so easy to MIGRATE legally NOW, as it is for those that are. Suppose that an Ukrainian lives in Germany legally. Ukraine is not in EU but there may be some way for an Ukrainian to live in Germany legally. When the migration agreement is made, he will be able to stay in Germany permanently either by getting permanent residence or citizenship, even if Ukraine is not in EU.

REMAIN MIGRATION PROGRAMME is designed for the two (or more) European Groups but it can be used between any two Groups. The other two migration programs, EXCHANGE and FILL are designed for all Groups but we will use the two European Groups as example. In the EXCHANGE MIGRATION PROGRAM, there will be exchanges of equal numbers between Western and Eastern European Group.

For a thousand of people that want to migrate from Western to Eastern Europe, there will be a thousand allowed to migrate from Eastern to Western. This will be done gradually. Not all that want to migrate will go at once but in a a number of years. Suppose that one million people want to migrate from Western Europe to Eastern. Then one million people will be able to migrate from Eastern to Western.

This may not be done in one year but in five years. So each year two hundred thousand people may be able to migrate from Eastern to Western Europe and vice versa. They will not be able to go anywhere they like though. If for instance forty thousand people migrate from Holland to Eastern Europe, Holland will get the same number of people from Eastern Europe, forty thousand.

If there is free movement of people in Western European Group, afterwards they will be able to go anywhere they want but not initially. Also there may be different time periods, five, ten, fifteen, twenty years. In each category, the number of people exchanged will have to be equal. Those that live in a country many years will be able to get permanent residence.

REMAIN and EXCHANGE MIGRATION PROGRAMMES have certain REQUIREMENTS. In REMAIN PROGRAM, people should be in a country adequate time. In EXCHANGE PROGRAM, the numbers that migrate from one to the other group will have to be equal. FILL job vacancies PROGRAM does not have any requirements. If there are labor shortages in one Group, labor surpluses in another can fill the job vacancies.

It is possible to have two ways migration. Western Europe could have labor shortage in a sector where Eastern has labor surplus. But in another sector, Eastern Europe could have a shortage and Western a surplus. Again, there could be time periods like two or five years and these could be renewed. Those that live in a certain country for many years, will be able to get permanent residence.

Initially Eastern Europeans will have more interest to move to Western Europe because income per capita is higher. But when Eastern Europe's economic plan is implemented, there will be rapid development with high growth rates and opportunities for certain professions. In the long term, Eastern Europe will reach or surpass the economic level of Western.

Even though there will be EXCHANGE and FILL MIGRATION PROGRAMS, it is not certain that those interested will be able to migrate and when this will happen. Also it may not be permanently. The best bet is REMAIN PROGRAM. If people have adequate time, they will be able to stay where they are permanently. So all those in Eastern Europe that are considering to MIGRATE to Western and vice versa should do it NOW.
