Plan B is a process

Plan A is perceived as more solid than Plan B and it is currently more popular. A very important point is that Plan B will be equally solid when grouping is finalized. This will be the outcome of long negotiations among many different parts. In addition to negotiations, some computer programming may be required. We are in the age or Artificial Intelligence AI. Compared to AI, the programming required is simple. AI is more advanced programming.

Plan B is more fluid. Its FLUIDITY can OVERCOME ALL OBSTACLES. Plan B describes a process that will have as outcome some grouping. It will be as solid as Plan A and may be better. AntiNWO knows that but respects people's preferences. At this stage, Plan B is very vague. On the contrary, Plan A is specific but also has a lot of flexibility compared to NWO's ridiculous plan. 

In the end of the process, Plan B will be solid and specific. When people realize that, it may become more popular than Plan A. Both AntiNWO's magnificent plans are much more popular than NWO's disaster. The process of Plan B will require long negotiations among many different parts and probably some relatively simple computer programming. The programming can be accomplished in spreadsheets.

Most people know what spreadsheets are but may not know that they can be programmed. For those that don't know, spreadsheets are computer applications for calculations. The first popular spreadsheet was Lotus 1-2-3 which is discontinued. Currently Microsoft's Excel is the most popular. Other spreadsheets are; Google Sheets, Corel Quatro Pro, LibreOffice Calc, Callabora Online Calc, Numbers (Apple), Apache Open Office Cal, Calligra Sheets, Gnumeric, Kingsoft Spreadsheets, OnlyOffice, PlanMaker, Pyspread.

NWO's vicious cabal have been LEFT BEHIND. They are DINOSAURS that will BECOME EXTINCT. The idea of a WESTERN European Union was first created during the Crusades. Later it was changed to European Union which was NAZIS' VERSION. Also American, African, Asian Unions were added. While NWO is still in the DARK AGES, the world has advanced to AI era. AntiNWO is following closely all the advancements.

Computer programming alone will not do the job. It has to be supplemental to the negotiations that will give the input for the programming. Plan B will need some programming because there are really endless alternatives in forming Groups and Coalitions. This creates a lot of complexity. Is it possible to do the job without programming?

It is possible but programming will make it much easier and probably lead to a better result. At least calculators and lots of paper would be needed. Since spreadsheets exist, it is much better to use them instead of calculators. It will be even better if spreadsheets are programmed in some way. Alternatively a custom made program could be designed for that purpose. Nevertheless, programming spreadsheets will definitely do the job successfully.

In Plan B, Groups do not have to be roughly equal in terms of population because the four Coalitions will be roughly equal. A lower and an upper limit in a Group's populations should be agreed. The smaller the range, the better it is because Groups will be closer in terms of population. In the example presented in the previous article, all Groups were in the range of three to four hundred million (300-400 mil).

Appendix 18 has only one alternative for Groups 4 and 5. But there were some more alternatives mentioned in the article. The table below shows them and adds one more. The third line is the population difference. The smaller the difference, regardless if it is positive or negative, the more equal the two Groups will be in terms of population. In Column A is the population of the two Groups shown in Appendix 18 and their difference.

Column B shows the populations if Italy was in Group 4. In Column C, Italy is in western Group 4 but Austria and Finland are in eastern Group 5. The words western and eastern denote the geographic position of the Group and not Western and Eastern Europe. So western Group 4 may include some Eastern European countries and vice versa, eastern Group 5 may include some Western European countries.

In Column D, Italy is in eastern Group 5 but Czechia and Slovakia are in western Group 4. Slovakia is a Greco-Thraco-Illyrian country. So it would be better if Baltic countries are added to western Group 4, instead of Slovakia. This is shown in Column E. The difference is smaller in Column D but more even populations (smaller difference) is not the only factor that affects decisions. There are many other factors.

Kazakhstan has a significant Christian Orthodox population. Some sources give the percentage as high as 25%. Also it is the richest of the Central Asian countries. What if Kazakhstan was added to Group 5? It has a population of around twenty million (20,22 mil). We will take the case where Italy participates in western Group 4 and is shown in Column B of the table above. This is Column A of the table below.

In Column B, we add Kazakhstan to eastern Group 5. In Column C, Austria and Finland are placed in eastern Group 5. In Column D, there is a swap between Italy and Poland in the option shown in Column B, with Kazakhstan in eastern Group 5. In Column E a) Kazakhstan is added b) there is a swap between Italy and Poland and c) Austria and Finland are added to eastern Group 5.

If Kazakhstan is added to eastern Group 5, the population of Group 6 will change. In Column A below, the populations from Appendix 18 are shown. In Column B, Kazakhstan is removed from Group 6. In Column C, Palestine and Jordan are moved from Group 7 to Group 6. Column D is like Column B with Somalia added to Group 7. In Column E a) Kazakhstan is removed from Group 6 b) Somalia is added to Group 7 c) Jordan and Palestine move to Group 6.

Palestine refers to the Palestinian population. There are a few alternatives regarding the future of the Palestinians. One is to have a Palestinian state. Another is to have them settle in neighboring Arab countries. In any case, this is only an example to show the complexity of the calculations needed as several alternatives will be examined.

To these we should add calculations for Subgroups and Coalitions. Calculations for Subgroups are secondary because it is an internal matter of the Groups. But calculations for Coalitions are very important because Coalitions should be roughly equal in population. In addition to having calculations to determine the population of the Groups, there should be calculations to determine the population of Coalitions.

Luckily, while NWO is still in the Dark Ages, the rest of the world is not. So what seems to be extremely complex, it is not that complex with some programming of the spreadsheets or with a custom made program designed for that purpose. We should emphasize that this should be supplemental to the negotiations. AntiNWO will fix all the problems while NWO will cause more problems.
