Red line and recommendations
ANTINWO has ENORMOUS FLEXIBILITY but also VERY FEW RED LINES. DIVISION of EUROPE in TWO GROUPS is a RED LINE. Other than that, ANTINWO is OPEN to ANY KIND of DIVISION, as long as the two Groups have roughly the same population with each other and the rest of the Groups. Although AntiNWO is open to any kind of division, realistically there are only two ways. One of the two will happen.
The best option is if all Western and all Eastern European countries are together. The second way is if Italy is in Group 4 and German Wannabes in Group 3. This is acceptable and also a good alternative, although not the best. AntiNWO has no other red line in Europe. Groups can do whatever they want inside. The rest are ONLY RECOMMENDATIONS that should happen because they make sense and it is the CORRECT WAY of doing things. If GROUPS do NOT want to FOLLOW the RECOMMENDATIONS, it is FINE with ANTINWO.
Russia is an integral part of Eastern Europe and can't be separated. Also Byzantine countries can not be separated from Kievan Rus countries because Byzantine Empire had very close relations with Kievan Russes for centuries. Almost all Balkan countries originate from Byzantium. Russia, Belarus and Ukraine originate from Kievan Russes. To these Hungary and Slovakia are added.
They were not part of Byzantine Empire but they are in Greco-Thraco-Illyrian territory. Byzantium was Greco-Thraco-Illyrian but there was a part of Greco-Thraco-Illyrian territory that was outside its boundaries. So these countries, Balkan, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia are certain to be in Group 4. In addition, Russia and Belarus want to include the rest of CIS countries.
These are Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. There were some legitimate objections regarding their participation because these are not Eastern European countries and most of them are Muslim, with the exception of Georgia and Armenia. But Russia and Belarus insisted that they will be part of the Group.
This also makes the Groups' population roughly equal with the rest. In order to do that, either the rest of CIS countries or Turkiye would have to be added. Regarding this uncertainty, matters have settled. Turkiye will be in Group 8 and play an important role in the Muslim world. CIS countries will form Subgroup B of Group 4. Ukraine and Moldova will be in Subgroup A.
There is only one part missing in Group 4, German Wannabes, Poland, Czech Republic, Baltic countries. These are Eastern European and mainly Slavic countries. The best option is to be included in Eastern European Group 4. This is also what will happen if Italy does not pledge participation in Group 4. A small part of Eastern Europe not being together with the rest, is something acceptable, provided that there will be a replacement of equal population.
Italy and German Wannabes have roughly the same population. Italy is a Western European country but it is not Celtic or Germanic, like the rest of Western Europe. In addition, it has little Germanic ancestry, unlike some Celtic countries. It is the only real Latin country in the world. France, Spain, Portugal speak Latin languages but are Celtic countries.
Italy's best placement is with these countries. They will form Subgroup A of Western European Group 3. Marseilles (or Lyon) will be the capital of the Subgroup. UK and Ireland will be in Subgroup B, with "Germanic" (loose definition) countries. Capital will be Copenhangen. This is the best option and what AntiNWO recommends. All Western European countries will be together and all Eastern European countries will be together.
It is possible and acceptable though, Italy to be with Greco-Thraco-Illyrian countries (including Ukraine) in Group 4. They will form Subgroup A of Group 4. CIS will be Subgroup B. Italy is not Celtic or Germanic and has little Germanic ancestry. Because of that and its geographic location, it could be placed in Group 4. Italy fits in both Groups but better in Group 3 with Western European countries. Italy's placement with Greco-Thraco-Illyrian countries is also a good match, although not the best.
If that happens, UK and Ireland will be with France, Spain, Portugal and form Subgroup A of Group 3. These are all mainly Celtic countries. England has considerable Germanic ancestry but so does France. Subgroup B will be "Germanic" (loose definition) countries and German Wannabes. This is not the best option and what AntiNWO recommends but it is the only other realistic alternative and an acceptable option.
Subgroups and Regions can be very helpfull but it is not necessary to happen. In the best option, If all Western European countries are together, there are two ways of division in Subgroups. One seems much better, the North - South division, Italy to be with France, Spain and Portugal. The second option is West - East division, UK and Ireland to be with France, Spain, Portugal and Italy to be with "Germanic" (loose definition) countries .
In Eastern Europe, there is only one realistic way of division. Greco-Thraco-Illyrian countries and Israel will be Region A2. German Wannabes and Ukraine will be Region A1. These two will comprise Subgroup A. CIS countries, without Ukraine and Moldova, will be Subgroup B. Region B1 will be Russia, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia. Region B2 will be Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
If Italy participates in Group 4, there is only one realistic division in Subgroups. They will remain as in the best option. The only change will be that Italy will replace German Wannabes. In Subgroup B, the division in Regions will remain the same. In Subgroup A, there are two options. One is if Italy is with Western Balkans, Greece, Cyprus, Israel. This is the best option. It is shown in Table A of Appendix 14. There is another option.
It is shown in Table B of Appendix 14. Hungary, Slovakia and Serbia could be in Region A1 with Italy while Greece, Cyprus and Israel will be in Region A2. There is a serious problem with this alternative. Ukraine and Israel, two areas of war, will be in the same Region A2. It is too much for one Region to have both areas of war. It would be much better if Ukraine and Israel are in different Regions. Also in USA, Italians, Greeks and Jewish prefer the first alternative, if Italy, Greece and Israel are in the same Region.
In that case, Bari, Podgorica or Tirana could the capital of Region A1. Chisinau or Bucharest could be the capital of Region A2. First of all, it is not necessary that Subgroups have Regions. It is only preferable, recommended and the right way of doing things. It makes matters more organized. Also the most important thing is the Regions, not where the capitals will be.
It is possible to have a capital for the Subgroup, like Belgrade for instance and no capitals for the Regions. Regions could meet in rotation at the capitals of the countries. Also they could use the facilities at the Subgroup's capital. The capitals are a detail. More important is to have Regions, although this is not necessary. Not even Subgroups are necessary. These are only recommendations and the right way. The ONLY RED LINE is to have TWO GROUPS in Europe.
