Requirements for swaps
Requirements for swaps
AntiNWO has finalized the two European Groups, Western and Eastern. All Eastern European countries are in Eastern European Group. Nevertheless, there is an acceptable alternative. Italy could participate in Eastern European Group instead of PCB (Poland, Czechia, Baltic countries). This is NOT a CHANGE of the final PLAN. The alternative option derives from the one proposed by AntiNWO that serves as the base.
If we take the recommended grouping as the base and exchange Italy for PCB (Poland, Czechia, Baltic countries), the outcome will be the second alternative. AntiNWO may or may not include in the plan the second grouping with Italy in Eastern European Group. It may not be necessary because there will be a chapter in the plan about swaps generally that will explain their requirements.
First of all, the two parts to be exchanged must have a geographic location that allows the swap. In other words, they should be at the borders between two Groups. Italy and PCB are at the borders between Western and Eastern European Group. Also they must have roughly equal population. Italy has fifty nine million (58.788.924) and PCB fifty five million (54.667.087).
The third requirement is that the two parts agree for the swap. Italy must agree to be in Eastern European Group and PCB should want to participate in Western. The fourth requirement is that the rest of the Group agrees. Probably there will be no objection for Italy's participation in Eastern European Group. This is not certain though, it is only an opinion that in the future may not be correct.
It is certain that Western European voters do not want Eastern European countries in their Group. So there could be a small problem with the participation of PCB in Western Group. Probably, Western European voters will be understanding of a fair and small swap. Italy has 14% of Western Group's population and PCB have 12,5% of Eastern Group's population. Groups give a small part to take a small part from the other Group. Nevertheless, if the rest of the two Groups do not agree with the swap, it will not happen.
Theoretically, all countries that are at the borders between Western and Eastern European Group could be involved in a swap. In addition to Italy, Austria, Germany, Finland are at the borders in Western Group. Other than PCB (Poland, Czechia, Baltic countries), Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Russia are at the borders on the Eastern Group. Although theoretically all these countries could participate in a swap, realistically the only exchange that can happen is Italy for PCB.
On the other side of Western European Group is Atlantic ocean. So there can be no swap. On the other side of Eastern European Group, there is Southwestern Asian Group with Turkiye, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan. The only swap that can happen is between Turkiye and ACA, Azerbaijan and Central Asian countries. These are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan.
Let's examine if these two parts fulfill the requirements. They are at the borders of the two Groups and have roughly equal populations. Turkiye has eighty five million (85.279.553) and ACA (Azerbaijan-Central Asian countries) ninety two million (92.275.428). The third requirement is that the two sides must agree. Turkiye must want to participate in Eastern European Group and ACA in Southwestern Asian.
There is a catch, a downside for Turkiye. If they are in Eastern European Group, they can't have an important role in the Muslim world. They must choose either the Eastern European route or the Muslim. They can't have both. In Eastern European Group, Turkiye can have close external relations with the two Muslims Groups but not an important role. They must be in a Muslim Group in order to have an important role in the Muslim word.
It is really doubtful that the rest of Eastern European Group will agree with Turkiye's participation. Balkan countries were under Ottoman rule for centuries and they consider this time a bad period in their history. Probably, most of them will not want Turkiye to participate in their Group. The only exception could be Albania which is a Muslim country and has very good relations with Turkiye.
If Turkiye is in Eastern European Group, it will be in Eastern Subgroup B instead of ACA with Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia. Probably the opinion of the countries in the Subgroup should carry more weight. Armenia will certainly not want to be together with Turkiye. Probably, the other three countries will prefer ACA (Azerbaijan - Central Asia). They were together in Soviet Union for many decades and currently are together in Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
There is also another drawback for Turkiye. AntiNWO was supporting two options on the eastern side of the Group (Turkiye or ACA) and presenting arguments for Turkiye's participation because Turkiye seemed to be on AntiNWO side. This proved to be wrong. They were just playing all sides. Instead of showing their appreciation to AntiNWO, they were negotiating with NWO to join EU. The were acting against AntiNWO's plan and against the existence of Eastern European Group.
How can they be in a Group when their actions were against its existence? In Eastern Europe, there were also NWO governments that were acting against the existence of Eastern European Group. These will be replaced by AntiNWO governments. In Turkiye, the opposition is even more supportive of NWO's plan and against AntiNWO's plan. If there is an AntiNWO government in Turkiye that supports AntiNWO plan, the untrustworthy behavior will be forgotten.
But this does not mean that Eastern European Group will accept Turkiye. Centuries suffering under Ottoman rule can't be forgotten. Armenians can't forget the genocide. Likewise, decades of being together with ACA in Soviet Union, can't be forgotten by Russia, Belarus, Georgia. Even if they may not dislike Turkiye like Balkan countries and Armenia do, they probably like more ACA. Of course, these are only opinions and we can't know in advance what position the countries of Eastern European Group will have in the future.
If they understand the situation in Turkiye, they would probably choose to be in Southwestern Asian Group. They should rather want to be with people that like them or like them more and not with people that dislike them or like them less. However, if they choose to be in Eastern European Group and all the requirements are met, a swap involving Turkiye and ACA would be acceptable by AntiNWO. Turkiye could participate in Eastern European Group.
The same reasoning can be applied for a swap between any two Groups. Swaps are acceptable by AntiNWO, as long as the requirements are met. In AntiNWO's plan, there will certainly be a chapter that will deal with swaps generally and explain the requirements. Perhaps all possible swaps will also be mentioned if they are not too many. The point is that AntiNWO accepts any swaps between Groups, only if the necessary conditions exist.
