Income criterion added

In order for EU's faulty model to function, countries must have approximately equal per capita income. The larger per capita income disparity, the bigger the problem. There should not be added any more countries in EU. Actually countries that are poorer should leave EU. Most of these countries happen to be in Eastern Europe. All we have to do in order to understand why Western and Eastern Europe should separate, is look at Table A in Appendix 4. It shows per capita income of European, Caucasian and Caspian countries. 

The three poorer Western European countries are Portugal (41), Spain (46), Italy (52). They have the lower per capita income. Italy is closer to the next two poorer which are Britain and France (55). The difference is 3 (thousand dollars) while Spain's from Italy is 6 (thousand dollars) and so much is Portugal's from Spain. When Eastern European countries will leave EU to form a separate group, Portugal, Spain and even Italy will be a problem for Western European Union.

But the problem will be much smaller. Also EU is a Western European mulfuntioning monstrosity. So, Western Europeans should fix their mess, instead of wanting to spead their mess in Eastern Europe and even further, in countries like Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. They want to spread their mess all over the world because NWO plans to implement EU's catastrophic model in the three other continental Unions, American, Asian, African.

According to NWO plans, EU's next round of enlargement, will include Eastern European countries that are not currently members. Albania, Bosnia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine and non Eastern European Georgia are candidates or negotiating. These people, EU - NWO, are totally insane. They are making the existing problem even bigger. Somebody has to stop them! They have created a global chaos and Anti-NWO is trying to fix it.

Enlargement is insanity. Contraction is prudent. If it was possible, Spain, Portugal and even Italy should leave EU. For Spain and Portugal it is not possible. They are on the western side of Europe. If they were on the eastern side of Western Europe, where Italy is, it would be possible for them to participate in Eastern Europe's Group. For Italy, it is possible, since it is next to Eastern Europe.

Regardless of the details, EU needs to contract to Western Europe only. Eastern European countries should leave and form a separate group. Income disparity in Eastern Europe's Group will also be smaller. We need to emphasize that Eastern Europe's organizational model is much different than EU's catastrophic. Unlike EU's malfunctioning model, It can function, even if there is considerable per capita income disparity. Still, the smaller income disparity is the better the model can function.

Originally, participation in Group 4 would be immediate because Eastern Europe's model is different. All these countries mentioned would have to wait very long time before they could become EU members. Anti - NWO will do everything possible to obstruct EU's further enlargement because it is contrary to Anti - NWO's compromise plan. Separation between Eastern and Western Europe is a red line that can not be crossed but it will not be alienation.

Eastern European Anti-NWO's attitude was originally all inclusive. Protests in Georgia, Rama's visit in Athens, war in Gaza and other events are changing this stance. Still participation may be almost immediate but exclusive, initially limited to only Christian Eastern European countries. Only Christian Eastern European countries will start in Group 4. These countries will decide when and how the group will be enlarged.

Income criterion could be included, richer countries added first. Bulgaria is EU's poorest country, in terms of per capita income ppp. Initially countries that are above Bulgaria (34) may participate. There is only one country, Russia (35). So Eastern European countries that are EU members will leave and Russia will be added to the group very soon. Gradually other countries will be added, based on their per capita income.

This fits two division methods inside the group. There will be a transition period for Eastern European countries that will leave EU. For some period things will remain as they were while they participated in EU. It makes sense that EU countries form initially a sub - group. Also a per capita income based division makes sense. Sub groups could be formed based on per capita income. Both of these division ways are combined in the approach proposed.

Montenegro (27), Serbia (24), Belarus (23) will be added after Russia. Montenegro and Serbia may form one country, like they used to be. The remaining Christian Eastern European countries are N. Macedonia (20), Moldova (15), Ukraine (13). There are three non Christian Eastern European countries, Bosnia (20), Albania (18), Kosovo (15). Kosovo is not recognized by many countries as a separate state.

There are three Christian non Eastern European countries, Cyprus (50), Georgia (20) and Armenia (19). Cyprus is already an EU member and will be annexed to Greece. Non Eastern European, non Christian countries are Israel (49), Turkiye (37), Kazakhstan (31), Azerbaijan (18), Turkmenistan (16), Uzbekistan (10), Kyrgyzstan (6), Tajikistan (5). Caspian countries are also included since there is an alternative with Caspian countries participating.

ISIS - K is against it but it may not oppose participation in Group 4 of all Caspian countries. Khorasan area does not include Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. So perhaps ISIS - K may not oppose their participation in Eastern Group 4. One possible scenario is as follows. Eastern European countries leave EU and Russia which has the highest per capita income is added to the group very soon.

The second round of enlargement will include countries that follow in terms of per capita income, Montenegro, Serbia, Belarus. As it will be explained in an upcoming article, these four countries will decide if another country will be added in their sub - group. N. Macedonia could participate. Turkiye is richer than Bulgaria but it is a questionable case, since it is not Christian and not Eastern European. Most likely the second sub - group will consist from Russia, Montenegro, Serbia, Belarus and possibly N. Macedonia.

These 13 + 4 = 17 (or 18) countries will decide how they will procceed regarding subsequent enlargement of the group, on what criteria it will be based, economic, geographical, religious etc. Pro EU, pro NWO countries will suffer negative consequences which may have two forms. They may be excluded from the Group for ever or there may be a very long delay for their full membership, many decades. They could be granted trading partner status at some point.

It was explained that Eastern Europe's group may reach Western Europe's per capita income in even as soon as 10 - 15 years. Only in a separate group they will be able to have high growth rates. If countries with lower per capita income are excluded from full membership (they could be trading partners) in Group 4, per capita income difference between the two groups will be smaller. It is possible that Eastern Europe's Group will reach Western Europe's per capita income, in 10 years or less.
