Time for Coalitions

Time for Coalitions

In the previous article, it was mentioned that Coalitions should be based on relations between Groups. Adequate time should be allowed for these relations to devolop. The time could be a few years, a dedade or even two decades. This does not cancel everything explained regarding Coalitions so far, reasoning for Coalitions, general agreement, DMPR, RLS, availability and steps, free formation etc.

The ARRANGEMENT of Groups in Coalitions should be BASED on the RELATIONS between GROUPS. But RELATIONS can be BASED on the ARRANGEMENT as well. So it is a TWO-WAY effect between RELATIONS and the ARRANGEMENT. Relations affect the Arrangement but the Arrangement also affects the Relations. If all this is too confusing, it will become clear after it is explained thoroughly.

The Groups that have CLOSE RELATIONS should be in the SAME COALITION. One way is to have close relations among all the Groups in a Coalition. Another is a Leader or an Incomplete Coalition to gather the rest of the Groups. In that case, the Groups will have close relations with the Leader or the Incomplete Coalition. Subcoalitions can be formed between the Groups that have even closer relations but Subcoalitions are optional.

There are three categories in decision making; a) Leaders b) Assistants c) Non Participants. Non Participants are supporters of NWO's plan. The Leaders are China, India, Northern American Group A1 and Eastern European (Northern - Eastern in Grouping B) Group E2. India could be a Leader only if it cancels the trade deal with EU. After that, it can be in the same Coalition with Western European Group E1.

In the end, Relations among the Groups should determine the Arrangement of Groups in Coalitions. But initially, the Arrangement can be a guide for the Relations. Suppose that decision makers are able to reach an AGREEMENT for an INITIAL ARRANGEMENT of Groups in Coalitions. One or more REASONINGS can be used. REACHING an AGREEMENT may be easier if the ARRANGEMENT is NOT FINAL.

Having the INITIAL ARRANGEMENT as a GUIDE, RELATIONS between GROUPS can develop. Suppose that after some time, decision makers realize that the ARRANGEMENT was NOT the BEST possible. Perhaps the CONDITIONS may CHANGE and be different in the future. Also, for several reasons, RELATIONS may NOT DEVELOP ACCORDING to the INITIAL ARRANGEMENT.

The ARRANGEMENT can be MODIFIED in the FUTURE because the INITIAL ARRANGEMENT will NOT NECESSARILY be the FINAL. The INITIAL ARRANGEMENT, MAY or MAY NOT BE the FINAL. If the best Arrangement is chosen initially, conditions do not change considerably and relations develop according to the Initial Arrangement, the Initial Arrangement will be the Final.

Suppose that decision makers are not able to reach an Agreement for an Initial Arrangement. DMPR or RLS methods can be used. A more likely scenario is FREE FORMATION. That could be all the way or combined with Agreement, DMPR or RLS. Some Groups will probably be able to form INCOMPLETE COALITIONS. That will be done without the agreement of the other Groups.

Only the Groups that form Incomplete Coalitions need to agree. That is Free Formation, no general agreement is required. If it is all the way Free Formation, the Incomplete Coalitions will wait for as long as it takes to become complete. Eventually, enough Groups will be added so that all Coalitions are complete. That may take a few years or several decades.

Another way it to combine Free Formation with Agreement or DMPR/RLS. The Incomplete Coalitions are composed with Free Formation. Subsequently, there may be an Agreement between the Incomplete Coalitions on how to divide the rest of the Groups among them. Or if an Agreement can't be reached, DMPR/RLS are fair ways to resolve the issue.

We should make clear that the Incomplete Coaltions do not need to be four. The number can be less than that because Groups can also be placed in Pseudo-Coalitions. Suppose that Incomplete Coalitions are formed and there is an Agreement among them regarding placing the rest of the Groups. There will be an INITIAL ARRANGEMENT of Groups in Coalitions.

Relations may or may not develop according to the Incomplete Coalitions and the Agreement made regarding the rest. In they don't, the Initial Arrangement can be modified. Suppose that for whatever reasons, relations do not develop according to the Second Arrangement. It can be modified a second time and have a third Arrangement. How many times can the Arrangement be modified?

There is no maximum number of modifications but these should not be too many. Ideally the number of modifications should be zero. Although there can be more than two modifications if necessary, there should be an effort to have no more than two. The fewer modifications the better it would be and ideally there would be no modifications. In the end, the FINAL ARRANGEMENT should be based on the RELATIONS that exist at that time.

There should be a TIME LIMIT, as well. That could be ten or even better twenty years. So there could be an INITIAL ARRANGEMENT sometime soon and a FINAL ARRANGEMENT after a specified time. In that period, there can be modifications of the ARRANGEMENT. Zero modification is the ideal number but there can be one or two modifications. Having several modifications is not forbidden but it will just make matters really messy.

It will be a MISTAKE to make a FINAL ARRANGEMENT SOON, WITHOUT letting the RELATIONS between Groups DEVELOP. HOWEVER, there can be an INITIAL ARRANGEMENT that will guide relations. The FINAL ARRANGEMENT should be ACCORDING to the RELATIONS that have developed. The Final Arrangement could be the Initial if there are no modifications done within the specified time.

Alternatively, it can be FREE FORMATION ALL THE WAY. There will be NO ARRANGEMENT but Groups will be "allowed" to form relations as they like. In that case as well, ADEQUATE TIME should be given for RELATIONS to DEVELOP and the FINAL ARRANGEMENT should be BASED on the RELATIONS between the Groups. So in all cases a) adequate time for relations to develop b) final arrangement based on relations, are common.

It is EXTRMELY IMPORTANT to use ONE OF ANTINWO'S two GROUPINGS because they work REALLY WELL on FORMING COALITIONS. The FINAL ARRANGEMENT will be UNKNOWN. If there is an INITIAL ARRANGEMENT, it could be modified, one, two or more times. If there is FREE FORMATION ALL THE WAY, we can't know what the outcome of that process will be in the future.

With AntiNWO's Groupings, there will be no problem in the FINAL ARRANGEMENT. Most likely, the Coalitions will be within 25±2% range. And if not all Coalitions are within that range, they should be within 25±2,5% or 25±3%. With some other Grouping, there will be a problem in the future and it will be too late to correct and make adjustments in the Groups.

The FIRST and VERY IMPORTANT STEP is to CHOOSE ONE of AntiNWO's GROUPINGS. Afterwards, GROUPS can be FORMED and ESTABLISH RELATIONS among them. An INITIAL ARRANGMENT can be decided with one or more of the ways that have been suggested by AntiNWO. That Initial Arrangement will be the guide for Relations. It can be MODIFIED within a SPECIFIED TIME, before the FINAL ARRANGEMENT is AGREED. Or it can be FREE FORMATION ALL the WAY.
