Decision makers’ pick
Decision makers' pick
In the three previous articles, many reasonings were explained that could be followed to form Subcoalitions and Coalitions. What if decision makers can't agree on a reasoning or mix of reasonings? What if they can't agree on an arrangement of the 16 + 2 = 18 eightenn Groups in four (4) Coalitions? There is a FAIR and FEASIBLE PROCESS that could be followed, DECISION MAKERS' PICK in rounds. Who will the decision makers be?
Western Europe is the main supporter of NWO's ultra defective plan from the Dark Ages that has failed enormously. Obviously, they can't participate in the decision making regarding Subcoalitions and Coalitions because they support a different plan. They could participate indirectly by letting decision makers know their preferences. It is up to the decision makers, how seriously they will take these preferences.
All AntiNWO's supporters can participate in decision making. But the main decision makers seem to be three, North American Group A1, China, Northern and Eastern European Group E2. Arab countries were strong supporters of Arab Group as in AntiNWO's plan A. With the grouping of Table A in Appendix 27, only the first Muslim Group M1 is all Arab. It has all the Arab countries of the Mediterranean Sea.
Most of them are in North Africa. Lebanon, Jordan, Syria are in Asia. Jordan is close to Mediterranean but has no seashore on it. The second Muslim Group M2 has the rest of Arab countries plus Altaic countries. People in Turkiye and ACA (Azerbaijan - Central Asia) originate from Altaic region and speak Altaic languages. Central Asia is Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan.
Turkiye is also a NWO supporter. So Turkiye can't participate directly in decision making, only indirectly. But current president Erdogan has good relations with USA and Russia. So they may take Turkiye's preferences seriously. That does not mean that they will satisfy Turkiye's will. Not even much more powerful countries like USA and China can have it excactly the way they want.
Turkiye and Saudi Arabia are the strongest countries in the second Muslim Group M2. Turkiye is excluded from decision making because it is a NWO supporter. Without Turkiye, the Group is weakened and is not included in the main decision makers. The other two Muslim Groups, M1 and M3, could participate, if they support AntiNWO's magnificent plan. All Groups that support AntiNWO's plan can participate.
Scandinavia, Finland and Austria (SFA) will be in Northern & Eastern European Group 4. In "Nordic - Austrian placement", some benefits of their participation in E2 were explained. These were not all. One more benefit is that they could participate in decision making. The core of Western European NWO are EU's founding members, Germany, France, Italy, BENELUX. BENELUX are Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg. They are the ones that made EU the horrible monstrosity that it is. UK is also in the core of Western European NWO.
SFA are peripheral in EU. Austria, Sweden and Finland were the last Western European countries to join EU, in 1995. Their contribution in making EU a horrible monstrosity is minimal. Their responsibility for EU which is NWO's cornerstone is very small. They could renounce NWO's failed plan and participate in decision making. They have to act fast because whatever is decided will not change.
One reasoning that can be followed is decision makers' areas of interest. The three main decision makers (C - A1 - E2) will make one pick each in rounds. China has the right to make the first pick because there will be only two more Groups in China's Coalition. After China, North American Group A1 can make a pick. Northern & Eastern European Group E2 will make the third pick.
In the second round, China will make its second and last pick. In the third round, China will not participate anymore because there will be already two Groups in its Coalition and it will be full. There are 16 + 2 = 18 eighteen Groups. Without the main decision makers, these are 18 - 3 = 15 fifteen. In each one of the two first rounds, three (3) Groups will be picked.
So by the end of the second round, 15 - 6 = 9 nine Groups will be left. There will be three (3) Groups in North America's Coalition and three (3) in Northern and Eastern Europe's. So there will be three more rounds, without the participation of China. Three more Groups will be added in each of the two remaining Coalitions. At the end of the fifth round, there will be six Groups in each of the two Coalitions and they will be full.
So there will be five rounds all together. In the first two, all three Groups (C - A1 - E2) will participate. It will have the first pick in round 1. In the last three rounds, China will not participate. After the end of fifth round, there will be 9 - 6 = 3 Groups left. These will be the Leftovers and they will form a Pseudo-Coalition. There will be only three because India will be in them and India's Coalition, like China's will have only three Groups.
The assumption is that India will not be picked in any of the five rounds. We are not suggesting that this will happen. If India is picked by A1 or E2, their Coalition will be complete in the first two rounds. For the sake of argument, suppose that E2 picks India in the first or second round. There will be only one other Group in the Coalition. So by the end of the second round, the Coalition of Northern & Eastern European Group E2 will be complete.
The Group that will chose India for its Coaltion will not be able to go beyond the second round of picking. There will be nine (9) Groups left. North American Group A1 will pick three (3) more Groups for its Coaliition, out of the nine (9) that are left. After that, there will be 9 - 3 = 6 six Groups left. These will be dumbed in the Pseudo-Coalition of Leftovers. The same will happen if North American Group A1 chooses India for its Coalition.
India seemed to lean towards AntiNWO's plan. They could have been among the decision makers. But they made the India - EU deal and ruined that chance. There is no EU in any of AntiNWO's plans (A, B, B2). India still has a small chance to be among the decision makers. Indians would have to CANCEL EU - INDIA DEAL and RENOUNCE NWO's plan. If India is among the decision makers, the rest of the Groups will be 18 - 4 = 14 fourteen.
Each of the four (4) Groups (C - I - A1 - E2) will choose two (2) Groups in the first two rounds. India will pick after China. It could choose Western European Group E1 NOT EU.There will be 4 X 2 = 8 Groups chosen and 14 - 8 = 6 Groups left. India's and China's Coalitions will be complete after the first two rounds. In the three remaining rounds, A1 and E2 will choose three (3) Groups each and their Coalitions will be complete as well.
