BRIC and partners

BRIC and partners

During Cold War, there were two sides, mixed economy bloc and communist bloc. This was the arrangement agreed in Yalta Conference which took place in February 1945, before the end of World War II. Cold War ended in late 80's early 90's. After that, NWO revived Nazis' plan. It was actually NWO behind the Nazis. They have been trying for a thousand years to implement a highly defective plan from the Dark Ages.

After Cold War ended, a different arrangement of international relations had to be made. Obviously, that arrangement should not have been NWO's plan. It has already been thrown in the garbage can but the new plan has not been decided yet. In USA, China and other countries, many people still have Cold War mentality. They still want two sides. Also, many people still erroneously consider North America and Western Europe allies because they were allies during Cold War.

For the sake of argument, let's assume that there should be two sides. It is questionable which the leaders of the two sides should be. Some think that the leaders should be USA and China. The only reasoning behind this could be the size of the economy. Because if we consider military strength, USA and Russia should be the leaders, not USA and China.

The new plan, the new arrangement of international relations should last for many decades and most likely centuries. In the future, India will be the second largest economy. So, if we take the size of the economy as criterion, China and India should be the two leaders. Others believe that the leaders should be the two most advanced areas, North America and Western Europe.

AntiNWO believes that there should be four Coalitions, not two sides. This resembles somehow NWO's four Unions. It would be even better if there were eight, twelve or sixteen Coalitions. The problem is China's and India's population. Each country has one sixth of the world's population. So there have to be four Coaliitons. However, those that have Cold War mentality can view the 4 Coalitions as 2 + 2.

Two Coalitions can have closer relations and so can the other two. North America and Western Europe can be in two different Coalitions that have closer relations. China and India can be in the other two. In that way, those with Cold War mentality, can be somewhat satisfied. Eventhough there will clearly be four Coalitions, not two, those with Cold War mentality can view them as two sides and be satisfied. But each side will have two separate, independent Coalitions.

It is very clear that India does not want to be under China. Regardless of that, China and India can't be in the same Coalition because together they have more than 35% of the world's population. A Coalition should have around 25%. Also Western Europe wants to be independent from North America (USA). But China - India can be in two different Coalitions that have closer relations and so can N. America and W. Europe.

During Cold War, Eastern Europe including Russia was on the same side with China, in communist bloc. As relations have developed, with all that NWO nonsense, it will be hard to have all Eastern Europe with China - India. Probably Eastern Europe will have to be divided. Russia, Belarus (and Ukraine?) will be with China - India and the rest of Eastern European countries with North America and Western Europe.

One way it to have China's and India's Coalition mostly in Asia. Another way it to have the two Coalitions according to the original BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa). BRICS started as BRIC. South Africa was not included. Russian foreign minister Yevgeny Primakov had the initial idea in 1998. Today, BRICS have ten countries. Not all of them can be included in China's and India's Coalition.

In Appendix 43 are the countries that could be included in China's and India's Coalition which will be the one side, in the minds of those that have Cold War mentality. In Table A are two Coalitions. The one one the right side is China's Coalition as it has been presented in many previous articles and Appendices. The other Coalition includes India, Mercosur+ and Commonwearlth of Indepenent States (CIS). Ukraine could also be included. There can be rearrangements in these two Coalitions.

Countries or areas can be moved from one Coalition to the other. Probably, China and Russia will want to be in the same Coalition. One alternative is shown in Table B (Appendix 43). Also there can be modifications, additions and deletes. Some countries can be added in the two Coalitions. In that case, countries with roughly equal popualtion should be deleted because the countries presented in Appendix 43 together have 51,5% of the world's population.

Having RUSSIA, BELARUS (and Ukraine?) SEPARATED from the rest of EASTERN EUROPE is a COLOSSAL COMPROMISE from Eastern European AntiNWO. But this is AS FAR AS IT CAN GO. There is no way EASTERN EUROPEAN AntiNWO will ever accept to be in the SAME COALITION with WESTERN EUROPE, if RUSSIA is NOT INCLUDED, not even in a MILLION YEARS. This is a RED LINE that can NEVER be CROSSED. This is "TAKE it or LEAVE it".

Eastern Europe without Russia can only be in the same Coalition with North America. This is non - negotiable, there is no other way it can be done. North America and Eastern Europe (without Russia - Belarus) will be the pole of the Coalition and choose the countries or areas that they want in their Coalition. Western Europe will not participate in decision making because it is the main opponent of AntiNWO's spectacular plan.

Western Europe's will be a Pseudo-Coalition and Western Europe will be a pseudo - pole. The Leftovers will be in this Coalition, the areas that the three other Coalitions do not want. A pole is supposed to gather countries in the Coalition. A pseudo - pole gets the Leftovers and leads in some organizational and administrative issues inside the Coalition.

Suppose that in China's and India's Coalition are the countries shown in Appendix 43. The rest of the countries have 48,5% of the world's population. North America and Eastern Europe will pick the countries/areas that they want. The rest will be dumped in Western Europe's Coalition. Since North America will be with Eastern Europe, Western Europe may or may not get Eastern Pacific (Japan, S. Korea, Australia, N. Zealand) in its Coalition.

It must be very clear that Eastern European AntiNWO has not accepted that arrangement but is willing to discuss it with North America. There are assurances that Eastern European AntiNWO will need. Cultural exchanges are welcomed but americanization of Eastern Europe is something unacceptable. Eastern Europe will preserve and promote its culture. Generally, all NWO nonsense is unacceptable.

If they want in Western Europe, they can have NWO psychopaths to govern them. But in Eastern Europe there will be no Western European NWO puppets anymore. The only reason they are in power is because Western European NWO is supporting them in every possible way. USA has allowed that to happen and in some occasions has assisted it.

AntiNWO does NOT consider this one as GOOD ARRANGEMENT but it is something ACCEPTABLE. It may be a COMPROMISING SOLUTION so that an AGREEMENT can be REACHED. Uncertainty is not good but continuing a highly defective plan from the Dark Ages that has failed tremendously is much worse than uncertainty. However, the sooner the new plan (arrangement) is decided, the better for everyone.
