Leaving Evil Union

Leaving Evil Union

For British citizens, leaving EU was a dream that came true. For millions others in Europe that dream has not come true yet. Like in World War II, Britain and Russia are the only parts of Europe free. In World War II, Americans, British and Canadians liberated Europe advancing from the West while Russians (Soviets) were doing that from the East.

Operation Overlord or Neptune was the largest seaborne invasion in history. It is known as D-day referring to the day that the amphibious assault started, 6th of June 1944. The amphibious landing was preceded by aerial and naval bombardment and airborne assault. After midnight, 24,000 American, British and Canadian airborne troops landed.

The amphibious landing started at 6.30 that morning in an area of 80 km in Normandy Coast. It was divided in five sectors, Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno, Sword. The Allies did not achieve any of their objectives but 160,000 troops landed and established a foothold. By August, two million Allied troops had landed and this way victory in Western Front was achieved.

Between July 27th and August 4th 1944, during Operation Bagration, Russians (Soviets) managed to secure two important bridgeheads west of Vistula river and a third one in Sandomierz, 200 km south of Warsaw. In January 1945, during the Vistula – Oder offensive, Russians (Soviets) made a major advancement in German held territory.

In less than three weeks, they advanced 500 km, from Vistula to Oder and were 70 km far from Berlin which was undefended. Nevertheless, they halted advancement until April 1945. On April 16th three Soviet Fronts attacked Berlin from North, East and South and the Battle of Berlin started. Early in the morning of May 2nd, the Soviets captured the Reich Chancellery.

Today, something similar must happen. The Allies liberated Europe and this gives them rights on the continent and an obligation to liberate it again from EU regime. Ideally a partition of Europe in at least three parts should happen in a few months. Allied Forces did not achieve any of their goals in D-Day but won the war.

There are several ways Europe partitioning can be achieved. It could be done at once, gradually or both. As new groups gradually expand, countries may gradually leave EU and join one of the new groups. Both ways or mixed means that some countries may leave EU first to join one of the other groups and later a broader partitioning can be made.

USA is a very large country. The same is true for Russia. In terms of area, Russia is larger but in terms of population, USA’s is more than double. Some smaller countries feel disadvantaged if they leave EU. They would not feel the same, if they could simultaneously join another group, especially if that group had a better model.

So, this is the way to go for USA – UK and Russia. They start their groups. In the first case it could be with Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Russia has to be careful. Participation of some countries may make the group less attractive to potential new members, even if they have a better model. Then they gradually expand with Europe being the first target. It will be much easier for many EU members to leave EU if there is another group ready that they can join. If there are two, they will have more choices.

While adding countries in their groups, at the same time, they do not abandon the goal of a broader partitioning at once which will include all countries left in EU. USA – UK and Russia can compete on attracting countries in their groups but must have an understanding among them regarding the objective. The objective is to leave 10-15 members in current EU in the Northwestern part and take the rest, in Southern and Eastern Europe, in their groups. The smaller EU can keep experimenting with crazy, utopian socialist ideas.

If we want to see it globally, there should be at least four groups, one with USA – UK, one with Russia, one with Germany – France and one with China. At least does not mean exactly. It could be more than four, up to ten. So in the end, 4-10 groups could be formed globally. Four is the minimum and ten is the maximum, according to our views.
