Culture refers to the way of life and civilization to achievements. Western & Eastern Europe have different foundations. Culture-civilization spread through interaction.
North America, Central-South America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe have distinct cultures-civilizations. Ancient Hellenic became non-existent but had strong influence.
Eastern Hellenistic and Western Roman were two distinct cultures and civilizations, greatly influenced by ancient Hellenic. North American is 50% Western European.
Western European voters are fed up with their NWO governments being occupied with Eastern Europe instead of trying to solve their problems and improve their lives.
AntiNWO gave Eastern Europeans the chance to separate with dignity. Western Europeans are really fed up with Easterners. They do not want Ukraine to join their group.
