Swaps and fine tuning

The first requirement of swaps is that countries have to be at the borders between two Groups. Technically, Baltic countries, (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) are not at the borders between Western and Eastern European Group. They do not have borders with a country from Western European Group. But they are next to Poland which is at the borders. So the first requirement refers not only to a single country but to a few neighboring countries.

These countries have to be next to each other and one of them next to the borders. Slovenia is next to the borders between Western and Eastern European Group. Croatia is next to Slovenia but not next to the borders. Only if Slovenia is in a swap, Croatia can be in it as well. If Croatia is in a swap, Bosnia and Serbia could be included. This reasoning can continue with other countries. 

Romania is also next to Serbia but can't be included in a swap because if this happened, the part of Eastern European Group southern of Romania would be cut from the rest of the Group. If Slovenia is not in the swap, the rest can't be either. So a few neighboring countries that are next to each other could participate in a swap, if one of these countries is at the borders between two Groups.

Of course, this does not have much value for the two European Groups. There are only two swaps that can be made. One is Italy for PCB (Poland, Czechia, Baltic countries) and the other Turkiye for ACA (Azerbaijan - Central Asian countries). But this clarification may be important for swaps between other Groups. The first requirement does not refer to only single countries but also to a group of neighboring countries.

AntiNWO follows the approach "out of sight out of mind" in the recommended grouping. It separates Israel from Arab countries and Hellas (Greece) from Turkiye. "Out of sight out of mind" is not a requirement for swaps. There are only four requirements; a) parts to be exchanged should be at the borders between two Groups b) they must have roughly equal populations c) parts to be exchanged should agree d) the rest of the Group must agree.

Regarding the fourth requirement, not everyone in the Group has to agree but the majority. It can be either the majority of the countries or the majority of the population. In the second case, the decision of countries with larger population will carry more weight. Both approaches are correct and can be used but probably the majority of population is better. In Eastern European Group, which countries can be involved in the decision? Those that are certain to participate.

These are Balkan countries, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia. PCB can be involved in the decision regarding regarding Turkiye - ACA swap, if they pledge to join the Group. If Italy's participation is finalized, it can be involved instead of PCB. Likewise, ACA can participate in the decision regarding Italy - PCB swap, if the pledge to join the Group. If Turkiye's participation is finalized, it can be involved instead of ACA.

If Turkiye participates in Eastern European Group, the approach "out of sight out of mind" is not followed. Nevertheless, it would be acceptable by AntiNWO if the four requirements are met. According to the approach "out of sight out of mind", AntiNWO placed Israel in the next non - Muslim Group which is Eastern European. Geographically, Israel should be placed together with Arab countries. 

Abraham Accords were signed in 2020, during Trump's first presidency, between Israel, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. These established diplomatic normalization and cooperation in economic and other areas. Abraham Accords could be extended to include other Arab countries. The majority of the people in Arab countries believe that there should not be cooperation with Israel.

According to NWO's disastrous plan, Israel and Asian Arab countries would be together in Asian Union. So they ought to have some kind of cooperation. Abraham Accords agreement was helpful to NWO's insane plan, even though that may not have been the main motive. At that time, AntiNWO had started working on its magnificent plan but had not presented it yet.

Our guess is that Israeli people would rather be in Eastern European Group than in a Group with Arab countries. AntiNWO believes that the second would be very problematic and separated the two sides, Israel and Arab countries. Nevertheless, it is acceptable by AntiNWO, if Israel is included in Arab Group 5. Obviously, Asian Union and NWO's insane plan are totally unacceptable by AntiNWO.

There are also other alternatives for Israel's placement. If Israel in not in Eastern European Group, there is no need to have a swap. This would be fine tuning which is also acceptable by AntiNWO, as long as it is fine (small). Could Slovenia participate in Western European Group? Slovenia's population is roughly two million (2.116.972). So Slovenia's participation in Western European group can be considered fine tuning.

Can Poland participate in Western European Group? Poland's population is eighteen (17,8) times larger than Slovenia's, thirty eight million (37.726.000). This will not be fine tuning. Poland can only participate in Western European Group with a swap. One option is Italy for PCB exchange. But Poland's swap could involve more than two Groups. Poland could be in Western European Group without Eastern giving any part.

This can only happen if Turkiye is in Eastern European Group instead of ACA (Azerbaijan - Central Asian countries). Central Asian countries are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan. Instead of Poland, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan could participate in Eastern European Group. Some Arab countries will be added in Southwestern Asian Group. Ths is possible because Arab Group has higher population than the two European and Southwestern Asian.

AntiNWO has finalized the composition of some Groups, including the two European. Nevertheless, this grouping can serve as the base for some modifications. Based on AntiNWO's recommended Groups, swaps can be made and fine tuning can be done. Swaps have four requirements. Swaps can involve more than two Groups. Unlike NWO's plan, AntiNWO's has a lot of flexibility.
