Evaluate compromises
In previous articles, we presented two scenarios that currently seem more likely. One is to place Russia and Belarus together with most of Eastern Europe. The other is to have Russia and Belarus in the same Coalition with China. The rest of Eastern Europe will NOT be with Western or North America. It will be a NEUTRAL AREA between Russia and Western Europe.
In the first option, Poland, Czechia and Baltic countries (PCB) will be in Coalition A with Western Europe. Probably, Slovakia will also be included but it is not certain. In the second option, Scandinavia, Finland, Austria (SFA) will be together with Eastern Europe, including PCB and excluding Russia - Belarus. Scandinavian countries are Sweden, Norway, Denmark. Eastern Europe - SFA will be the pole of Coalition D.
Both options are reasonable, fair and most importanty compormising. COMPROMISE is the main REASON these options currently seem MORE LIKELY. The BEST SCENARIO would be to have ALL EASTERN EUROPE TOGETHER in Coalition D. In both of the compromising options, part of Eastern Europe is missing. In the first option, Poland, Czechia, Baltic countries (PCB) are missing. In the second, Russia and Belarus are missing.
We should emphasize that having ALL EASTERN EUROPE TOGETHER is NOT RULED OUT but currently it seems less likely than the two compromising options. However, it could be the one selected. The two compromising options are not the only alternatives that can be chosen. They are the ones that currently seem more probable and the reason is compromise.
During Cold War, almost all Eastern Europe was in Eastern Bloc with Russia and Belarus. The only exception was Greece (Hellas). When Cold War ended, Western European NWO revived Nazis' plan which was NWO's plan. According to that great stupidity, almost all Eastern Europe would be with Western in European Union. Russia would be in Asian Union. Belarus goes with Russia.
Both compromising options have pros and cons. In the first option, the territories of RUSSIAN and BYZANTINE Empires would be in Coalition D. The borders of the two empires changed considerably throughout the centuries. Russian Empire included roughly the countries of Soviet Union and Finland. Soviet Union had today's Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Baltic countries, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Central Asian countries.
Baltic countries are Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Central Asian countries are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan. Byzantine Empire included most Balkans, Armenia, part of Georgia, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Israel, northern Egypt. At its greater extent during Justinian's rule in 6th century AD, it also included Italy, southern Spain and all North African shore.
Byzantine's and Russes had very close relations. Byzantine culture - civilization had big influence on Russes. When Anna Porphyrogenita married Vladimir the Great, many Byzantines went with her in Kiev. The number of Byzantines that went to Moscow was much larger when Sophia Palaiologina married Ivan the Great because Byzantine Empire was under Ottoman rule at that time.
Byzantine Empire was mainly Greco-Thraco-Illyrian. Most of Greco-Thraco-Illyrian territory was included but not all of it. In the first compomising option, all Greco-Thraco-Illyrian territory is together. The only exception may be Slovakia which was on the fringes of Greco-Thraco-Illyrian territory. Hellenes, Thracians and Illyrians probably were from start genetically related. Additionally, the mingled and mixed since ancient times.
Western Europeans have been trying to conquer or control all Eastern Europe for a thousand years. They did not only try to conquer Byzantine Empire but also the northwestern part of Eastern Europe. All Eastern Europeans should stay away from Western, especially Balkans and Ukraine. In the first compromising option, Poland, Czechia and Baltic countries (PCB) are with Western Europe in Coalition A.
This is a weakness of this option because PCB should also stay far away from Western Europe. The best scenario is to have all Eastern Europe together, separately from Western. But that would not be a compormise. Placing PCB with Eastern Europe is what makes this option a compromise. Western Europeans take a part of Eastern Europe, the one that has the least influnce from Hellenistic culture-civilization and has not been destroyed by Western European actions.
All Western Europe benefits but Germany more because PCB will be Germany's satelite states, like Scandinavia - Finland - Austria (SFA). This option can be combined with Western Europe having North Africa, except Egypt which was in Hellenistic kingdoms and Byzantine Empire. France and Italy benefit more because they had colonies and retain relations in North Africa. In France, a significant percentage originates from North Africa.
Another compromising option is NOT to have EASTERN EUROPE with WESTERN or RUSSIA. It will be a NEUTRAL AREA between Western Europe and Russia. Scandinavia - Finland - Austria (SFA) will also be added. Together with Eastern Europe, they will be the pole of Coalition D. The southern - eastern part will be oriented more towards the East while the northern - western more towards the West.
An advantage of this option is that Poland- Czechia - Baltic countries (PCB) will not be together with Western Europe. They will not be Germany's satelite states. Likewise, Scandinavia - Finland - Austria (SFA) will not be Germany's satelite states. They can have an important role because SFA - Eastern Europe will be the pole of Coalition D. SFA are more advanced than Eastern Europe.
In the second option, SFA and PCB replace Russia - Belarus in the pole of Coalition D. SFA - PCB together have ninety seven million (97 m). Russia - Belarus together have one hundred and fifty six million (156 m). There is not much difference in the pole's strength, since SFA are more advanced than Eastern Europe. However, the pole is more homogeneous in the first option (with Russia - Belarus).
Also Russia is the bridge that connects Eastern Europe with the Pacific. It seems very likely that at least Japan - S. Korea will be in Coalition D and perhaps Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, Papua). If these areas are included, it is better to have Russia in Coalition D. Western Europeans will probably prefer the first option because they can have SFA and PCB in Coalition A.
Both compormising options have pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages. Both have one substantial weakness, part of Eastern Europe is separated from the rest. They are not the best option. That would be to have all Eastern Europe together. But they are both compromising options and COMPROMISE is their MAIN ADVANTAGE. Compormise reduces conflicts and disagreements.
The first compromising option, having Russia with most of Eastern Europe, seems better based on the evaluation that we presented. However, the second one (SFA - PCB with Eastern Europe) is a also a good compromising option. Which one is better is to some degree subjective. Also, advantages and disadvantages are different for different sides. If compormise is wanted, one of the two should be chosen.
