An important decision
An important decision
Russia's placement is a very important decision that will determine to a large extent the general guidelines. There are only two options. The best option is if Russia is with the rest of Eastern European, Orthodox, Slavic countries in Coalition D. It has every right to do that. Russia has historical, cultural, genetic, religious ties with the other Eastern European countries.
The other option is to separate Russia and Belarus from the rest of Eastern Europe. These two will be in Coalition B with China, Iran and other countries, as presented in Table A of Appendix 50. Let's start with this option first. Eastern Europe will NOT be in the same Coalition with Western Europe or North America. It will be a NEUTRAL AREA between Western Europe and Russia.
Eastern Europe is one of the poles that will gather the rest of the countries/areas. Without Russia, Eastern Europe is considerably weakened. Eastern Europe's population is three hundred and twenty seven million (327 m). We have been using 2021 data for consistency. Without Russia and Belarus, the population decreases to one hundred and seventy two million (172 m). Scandinavia, Finland, Austria (SFA) should be added.
Scandinavian countries are Sweden, Norway, Denmark. With these, the population becomes two hundred and eight million (208 m). The core of Western Europe has three hundred and nine million (309 m). The core is the ten countries (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Switzerland) that are always together, in all arrangements.
SFA are considered Western European countries. As it can be seen on the map, geographically Finland, Sweden and the north part of Norway are in Eastern Europe. They have significant Uralic ancestry. In Finland it is much larger. All Eastern Europe has some Ural - Altaic ancestry. Austria is genetically closer to Eastern Europe and geographically more in Eastern Europe. So there is justification to place SFA with Eastern Europe.
Furthermore, they complete the NEUTRAL AREA between Western Europe and Russia. If they are not included, a part will be missing in the North. Until recently, Sweden and Finland were not in NATO. Having a NEUTRAL AREA is a COMPROMISING solution. During Cold War, most of Eastern Europe was in Eastern Bloc. The only exception was Hellas (Greece). After Cold War, Western European NWO revived Nazis' plan.
Nazis' plan was NWO's plan. The reason Western European NWO put Nazis in power was to implement their highly defective plan from the Dark Ages. Hitler's mission was European Union and Global Government. For a thousand years they keep trying to attain their insane plan and keep failing. According to that great stupidity, Eastern Europe would be with Western in European Union. Russia would be in Asian Union.
Having Eastern Europe and SFA (Scandinavia - Finland - Austria) as NEUTRAL AREA is REASONABLE, FAIR and COMPROMISING. Of course, there are other reasons, Eastern Europe can't be with Western. Currently, Western Europe contorls Eastern. This has to stop. SFA are also Germany's satelite states. If they are in a different Coalition, Eastern Europe and SFA can be independent.
Most importantly, Eastern Europe is an advanced area, compared to the rest of the world. It should be in a Coalition with less advanced areas and assist their development. SFA are even more advanced than Eastern Europe. So having SFA and Eastern Europe without Russia as the pole of Coalition D may work out well. As it can be seen in Table B of Appendix 57, Eastern Europe - SFA can be divided into two parts.
One division would be northern and western. It will include Scandinavia - Finland - Austria (SFA) and Poland - Czechia - Baltic countries (PCB). It may also include Slovakia. The other division would be southern and eastern. It will have Balkans, Ukraine and probably Hungary. Slovakia and Hungary can be placed in northern - western or in southern - eastern division.
The two divisions have roughly the same population. Northern - western has ninety seven million (97 m) and southern - eastern one hundred and eleven million (111 m). Slovakia was placed in northern - western in order to have more equal populations. Northern - western will be oriented more towards the West while southern - eastern more towards the East. That would be a good compromising solution.
Another COMPROMISING SOLUTION is to have the northern - western division with Western Europe and the southern-eastern with Russia and Belarus. In that case, Russia and Belarus would be with most of Eastern Europe. It is the best option regarding Russia's placement. So we have two scenarios that currently seem more likely to happen if a) Russia separates from Eastern Europe b) Russia is with most of Eastern Europe.
In the first option, Eastern Europe with Scandinavia - Finland - Austria will be the pole of Coalition D. It will be a NEUTRAL AREA between Western Europe and Russia. There will be two divisions, a northern - western and a southern - eastern. The first will be orientated more towards the West and the second towards the East. They could add more countries/areas in the pole but it is not necessary.
If areas in Eastern Asia will be included in the Coalition, it will be better to add Japan, S. Korea and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, Papua) in the pole. The countries that are in the pole, with gather other countries/areas so that the percentage of the Coalition will be around 25%. They will decide that with the other poles, North America and to a lesser extent China - Russia.
Coalition B would be complete with 26,1% (Table A - Appendix 50). It is questionalbe if Armenia and Georgia can also participate, eventhough their population is small. In this option, Scandinavia - Finland - Austria can have an important role in decision making. Western Europe will not participate directly in decision making but they could participate indirectly by letting decision makers know their preferences.
In the best option, northern - western division will be in Coalition A with Western Europe. Russia and Belarus with the with southern - eastern division will be the pole of Coalition D. No more areas need to be added. This is a VERY GOOD DEAL for Western Europe and especially Germany since it will have enough "Lebensraum". It is really questionalbe if it is a good deal for Scandinavia - Finland - Austria (SFA) and especially for Poland - Czechia - Baltic countries (PCB).
