General guidelines

General guidelines

Coalitions can be incomplete for long time and function well. It is not necessary to decide about the placement of all countries/areas soon. However, the general guidelines should be decided relatively soon. This could be done in only a few weeks. If it is not possible to do it that soon, the general guidelines of the arrangement should be decided in 2026.

The BIG PROBLEM is WESTERN EUROPE. They are the major supporters of NWO's plan and the major opponents of AntiNWO's plan. AntiNWO wanted to give them what they asked for so that they stop causing problems and delays in AntiNWO's plan. They asked for India and Mercosur. So initially, AntiNWO gave them both. Nevertheless, Mercosur would be better placed with the rest of the American continent.

AntiNWO is willing to give to Western Europe a better deal, if they stop causing problems immediately. Instead of Mercosur, they can have North Africa. It is much closer and they may also have (not certain) British Isles. With Mercosur, this would not be possible because the percentage of the Coalition would be 26,6%. India was placed together with Western Europe because this is what the asked for. But this is not necessary.

Before we examine India's placement, we will deal with EASTERN EUROPE. It has to stay as FAR AWAY as possible from WESTERN. There are only two alternatives. The better one is to have all Eastern Europe together. The worse is to to have Russia and Belarus with China. The REST of EASTERN EUROPE will NOT be with WESTERN or NORTH AMERICA. It will be a NEUTRAL ZONE between Western Europe and Russia.

It is MUCH BETTER if RUSSIA and BELARUS are TOGETHER with the rest EASTERN EUROPEAN, Slavic, Orthodox countries. Also Russia should be together with some or all of CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). Assuming that these will happen, it will make things easier to decide regarding India's placement first. India can't be in the same Coalition with China. Together they have a little more than 35% of the world's population.

India can't be together with North America either, if it is with the rest of the American continent. All together have a little more than 30%. So India could be with Western or with Eastern Europe. Western Europe and Eastern with Azerbaijan - Central Asia (ACA) have almost equal population, around four hundred and twenty million (420 m). Central Asia includes Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan.

These were the two Groups in AntiNWO's Grouping A, Western and Eastern European. They have around 5,3% of the world's population each. India has almost 18%. So India with Western or Eastern Europe (ACA included) has a percentage of a little more than 23%. Around 2% more can be added to reach 25%. It could be less than that but most likely it will be more. In most arrangements that we have presented, India's and China's Coalitions have more than 25%.

We should note that INDIA could also be PLACED with ASEAN. If India's placement is decided, the rest will be easier. AntiNWO placed India with Western Europe because with the EU - India trade deal, they publicly proclaimed that they want to be together. Western European countries make the decisions in EU. In Eastern Europe, they have placed puppet governments and give them orders.

Eastern Europe (AntiNWO) does not oppose being with India, if RUSSIA is INCLUDED. All EASTERN EUROPE (AntiNWO) wants is to stay as FAR AWAY as possible from WESTERN. Eastern Europe (including ACA) is much closer to India than Western. In the example of Table B in Appendix 55, Arab Peninsula (not all) and Japan, S. Korea were added. But other areas could be included instead in order to have a percentage around 25% (probably a little more).

For instance, Oceania could be included instead of Arab Peninsula. The percentage of the Coalition would drop to 26% from 26,3%. Japan and S. Korea are with Eastern Europe in many arrangements because they are very close to Russia. Arab Peninsula is close to the southern part of Eastern Europe. We should note that Jordan does not have Mediterranean coastline, Israel is in between.

If Western Europe is with India, an area of around 2% (probably a little more) should be added in the Coalition. That area could be North Africa, Mercosur or the five countries next to India (Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Maldives). Mercosur should be placed with the rest of the American continent. Having Mercosur with Western Europe is the least possible of the three alternatives.

Most likely, China will be with Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran. Probably Iran's allies will be included. Another alternative is to have China with Eastern Pacific (Japan, S. Korea, Oceania) and the five countries next to India (Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Maldives). Currently, this seems less likely but it is a possibility. If China's Coalition is also decided, the rest of the areas will be in the other two Coalitions.

One will be North America's. The other will be Western or Eastern Europe's, depending on which one will be with India. The MAIN DECISIONS of the BROAD GUIDELINES are RUSSIA's and INDIA's placement. Russia can be with the rest of Eastern Europe or with China and Iran. The first is much better but it is not certain that it will be chosen. India can be with Western Europe, Eastern Europe or ASEAN.

Also there is a DECISION regarding CHINA's placement but this SEEMS to have been already TAKEN. Most likely China will be with Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran. Russia may or may not be included. There are also some minor decisions. British Isles could be with Western Europe or with North America. SFA (Scandinavia - Finland - Austria) can be with Western or Eastern Europe.

These will depend on the percentages and the composition of the Coalitions. We stated that EASTERN EUROPE should stay as FAR AWAY as possible from WESTERN. We mean the large countries, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain. BENELUX (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) can also be included because they are EU's founding members. EASTERN EUROPE does NOT have to stay FAR AWAY from SFA.

Also, SFA do not have to stay far away from Western Europe, if they are with Eastern. So they could be "liaisons" between Western and Eastern Europe. However, if Russia is with Eastern Europe, SFA are less likely to participate and actually it won't be necessary. With Russia, Eastern Europe can be the pole of Coalition D without adding areas to strenthen. Eastern Europe will need to become stronger, only if Russia is not included.

The BEST ALTERNATIVE is to have RUSSIA and BELARUS TOGETHER with EASTERN EUROPE, not only because they have historical, cultural, genetic, religious ties with the of rest Eastern Europe. There is an additional important reason. Most likely, at least Japan and S. Korea will be included in Coalition D and perhaps Oceania as well. Russia will be the bridge that will connect Eastern Europe with Eastern Pacific.
