Alternative 4 2
Alternative 4 2
Suppose that USA insists to have Mercosur+ in Coalition C. That would not be a problem. Coalition A can get a part in Subsaharan Africa that has roughly equal population with Mercosur+ (326 million). Suppose that Western Europeans want to have spatial proximity. We should remind that Western Europeans do not participate directly in decision making because they are the main supporters of NWO's ridiculous plan.
However, they can express their preferences to decision makers, Coalitions B, C, D. Let's say that decision makers want to satisfy Western European desire. Still there is a solution. North Africa can be divided into two parts, Eastern and Western. Eastern will have Egypt and Libya. Western will include Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania.
To these two parts, countries that are below them in Subsaharan Africa will be added. Without North Africa (NA) Coalition D has almost 20 (19,9) % of the world's population. Egypt and Libya have 1,5%. So 2,5 - 4,5% could be added in Subsaharan Africa to bring the Coalition's percentage to 24 - 26%. With 3,5% in Subsaharan Africa, the Coalition's population will be 25% which is ideal.
Without Mercosur+, India and Western Europe have 21,8%. Together with the western part of North Africa which is 1,3%, the Coalition's percentage becomes 23,1%. So if they add 0,9 - 2,9% in Subsaharan Africa, the percentage will increase to 24 - 26%. With 1,9%, it will become 25%. France has still relations with western North Africa. Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia were French colonies.
Around 10% of France's population originates from North Africa. We should remind that the percentage of African Americans in USA is not much higher, 14,5%. Probably that will be an option that the French would like. However, Spaniards and Portuguese may not like it because Coalition A will have to give up Mercosur+ where Iberian countries had colonies and have maintained relations.
It is not unreasonable if USA insists Mercosur+ to be in Coalition C. They may be doing the French a big favor. However, it will not do USA much good. It is better if Coalition C has all Subsaharan Africa and Coalition D all North Africa. Subsaharan and North Africa are in the same continent but different. It is better to separate them, as it was described in the previous article.
The most advanced countries of the world are mainly; a) North American (USA, Canada) b) Western European c) Eastern European d) Japan - S. Korea e) Australia - New Zealand f) China. China does not have so high per capita income but it is technologically very advanced. Some countries in Arabian Peninsula have high (per capita) income but this is due to oil. Also there are small countries like Singapore and Brunei that have very high (per capita) income.
We have divided the main most advanced countries into four areas, from West to East; a) North America (USA, Canada) with UK, Ireland, Iceland b) Western Europe c) Eastern Europe with Japan - S. Korea and Australia - Oceania d) China. These four areas should be in different Coalitions; A) Western Europe B) China C) North America with UK, Ireland, Iceland D) Eastern Europe with Japan - S. Korea and Australia - Oceania.
Other less advanced areas should be added, so that the Coalitions have around 25% each. Western Europe has already made its choice. They clearly indicated with the two trade deals that they want to be with Mercosur and India. So they are getting exactly what they want, even if they are the losers. If USA insists to have Mercosur+ in Coalition C, the changes described above can be made.
In Table A of Appendix 40B are the three suggested Regions of Incomplete Coalition D. Region A would be in EU, according to NWO's ridiculous plan. Most likely, Ukraine would not be. Western European NWO caused the war in Ukraine because according to the ridiculous plan, Ukraine would be in European Union while Russia would be in Asian Union. Western European NWO lost the war in Ukraine.
Region A in Coalition D has only 2,7% of the world's population. If we subtract SFA (Scandinavia-Finland-Austria) it is 2,2%. The ten Western European countries of Coalition A (Table A - Appendix 40C) have 4,1%. Western Europe has been obsessed with 2,2% of the world's population (Eastern Europe) because according to one the greatest human stupidities (NWO's plan), one of the four Unions would be European. Instead of 2,2%, AntiNWO is giving to Western European NWO maniacs TEN TIMES that, 21 (25-4,1) % or more.
Western Europeans should let Eastern Europe go. Relatively to North America and Western Europe, Eastern is less advanced. But relatively to the rest of the world, Eastern Europe is considered an advanced area. Eastern Europe does not need the assistance of Western Europe in developing. However, there are other areas in the world that need assistance, like Mercosur+ and India.
Even if Mercosur+ is not in Coalition A, there will be another area in Africa included that needs assistance. Western Europeans can do all sorts of crazy things in their Coalition, if the rest agree. Eastern Europeans will be in Coalition D with other advanced areas, Japan, S. Korea, Australia, N. Zealand. Japan and S. Korea have better systems than Western Europe in many areas.
SFA (Scandinavia, Finland, Austria) are also included in Coalition D. Scandinavian countries are Sweden, Norway, Denmark. SFA population is small, 36,6 million or 0,5% or the world's. They have two choices. One is to participate in Coalition D, be independent and have an important role. The other is to participate in Coalition A, be Germany's satelite states and have an insignificant role.
They should choose the first. But if they choose the second, the percentage of Coalition D will drop 0,5% and the percentage of Coalition A will increase 0,5%. If Mercosur+ is in A, the percentage will become 25,9 + 0,5 = 26,4%. In the Alternative 4, the percentage of C will become 22,7 - 0,5 =22,2%. The difference between the two Coalitions is 26,4 - 22,2 = 4,2% which is roughly 335 million, the population size of USA.
So it is better if SFA are in Coalition D. Turkiye which has 1% of the world's population may participate in D instead of B. There is opposition though. Additionally, Turkiye may prefer to be Coalition B that has many Muslim countries. If SFA and Turkiye are in D, the percentage will be 23,8%. This is within the ±1,5 % range. For that to happen, those that oppose Turkiye's placement in D should be convinced. It does not seem very easy but it is not impossible either.
