Group relations agreement

Group relations Agreement
In New Yalta Agreement, mainly the grouping will be determined. There are other decisions to be made, Group organizational and economic model, Subgroups and Regions, Group relations. These will be decided in the Groups after they are formed. Nevertheless, it is not forbidden to set some guidelines for these decisions in New Yalta Agreement. Groups will follow these guidelines after they are formed.
Big Four (China, USA, India, Russia) will manage the New Yalta Agreement process. It is possible to choose having more decisions taken, in addition to grouping, (how Groups and Coalitions? will be). Relations among Groups will not be an one time decision but ongoing. However, they may choose to get the basics right in New Yalta Agreement, set the foundations of future Group relations.
Groups will establish relations with other Groups. The relations can range from non existent to very close. So there is a range of relations' proximity to choose from; a) non existent b) very distant c) distant d) close e) very close. Relations will be determined by mutual benefit. Two Groups can choose to have so close relations that they will be almost like one Group.
In New Yalta Agreement, Europe and EU should be divided in at least two Groups. We can't know with certainty how this will be done. Currently, the options that seem to have the most chances are the clean and the extended two parts division. Of course, it is possible to divide Europe and EU into three or more parts but as matters are right know, this does not seem very likely.
In the clean version, only European counties will be included in eastern European Group. The only exceptions are two small Orthodox Christian countries next to Europe - Asia borders, Georgia and Armenia. The term eastern denotes the geographic location and not the participation of only Eastern European countries. Italy which is not considered an Eastern European country will be included in this Group .
In the extended version, eastern European Group will be extended a little further into Asia. Either Turkiye or Central Asian countries - Azerbaijan will be included. It will also allow western European Group to become a little bigger and include Italy. Alternatively, German Wannabies (Poland, Czechia, Baltic countries) could participate instead of Italy. This is AntiNWO's plan A.
The option chosen for Europe will determine also how the rest of the Groups will be. The effort should be to have the Group population range as small as possible. Most likely, in the clean version, only USA and Canada will constitute North American Group. All USA territories are also included. If the extended version is chosen, Mexico will be added to the Group and possibly Cuba.
The countries that will participate in New Yalta Agreement will determine how the Groups (and Coalitions?) will be. They may also set the foundations for future Group relations. All the countries that are in the wrong direction, supporting NWO's disastrous plan and EU, will be excluded from the Agreement. EU is the big anomaly in the world. They are not aligned with the rest of the world.
Among the forty largest economies shown in Appendix 17, the eleven black sheep are; Germany, France, UK, Italy, Turkiye, Spain, Canada, Poland, Netherlands, Romania, Belgium. They have 18% of the world's GDP while Big Four (China, USA, Russia, India) have 48%. Some of the black sheep could stop being in the wrong direction and come on the winning side.
In Italy and Turkiye this could happen without change of government. In France, Canada, Poland it will require change of government, something that is possible. In Canada, they will have elections soon. Macron and Tusk could be ousted. In France, eurosceptics have majority in the Parliament. Tusk's party was second in the last elections but he managed to form a governing coalition.
Poland and Romania are the only Eastern European countries among the eleven black sheep in G40. They have the second and third largest economies (in Eastern Europe). The largest economy not only in Eastern Europe but all over Europe is Russia's. Fortunately, Russia is in the right direction. Not only they will participate in New Yalta Agreement but also will manage the process with China, USA and India.
We can't possibly know how the Group relations will become in the future. China, USA, Russia, India will manage the New Yalta Agreement process. Russia will definitely be in eastern European Group. It is possible that eastern European Group will establish closer relations with USA, China and India, compared to what they are currently. Also, relations with Western Europe may become more distant.
Probably Big Four will make a first draft about future relations among Groups. There may be changes when more countries are involved in the Agreement. It is possible that the future relations will be much different than present situation. Eastern European Group could have closer relations with North American Group, China and India than with Western Europe. This will assist economic take off. Western Europe could be isolated from the rest of the world.
This is the price that they will have to pay for being in the wrong direction. They are a big anomaly in the world, misaligned to the rest. Western Europe has only 5% of of the world's population but they want to impose their will on the rest of the world. They are very abnormal, not the people but the governments. Not even their own people, their voters support them. Most people in Western Europe prefer AntiNWO's plans, have at least two Groups in Europe.
Countries in Subgroups will have closer relations. Subgroups is an internal decision of Groups. Also the degree of autonomy Subgroups will have will be decided by the Groups. New Yalta Agreement may not determine how Subgroups will be and how much autonomy they will have. Nevertheless, some agreement could be made for Subgroups - Regions and their autonomy. This will be followed by the Groups, after they are formed.
It is possible that Subgroups will determine their own relations. In the case of eastern European Group, perhaps the western part could have closer relations with USA and the eastern with China and India. Russia will be in the eastern Subgroup. The western part could have a western orientation (USA) and the eastern part an eastern orientation (China - India). Double orientation could be a plus.
For certain countries, it is impossible to change side and come on the winning one. In Germany, there were elections recently and Germans erroneously decided to have a NWO government. Starmer is a NWO fanatic. There does not seem a way to replace him soon. But there are countries that have the chance to participate in New Yalta Agreement, like France, Italy, Turkiye, Canada, Poland.
Eventually all NWO governments in Europe will be replaced with AntiNWO governments. The AntiNWO governments will approve what has been decided and implement it. But it will be too late for the countries that will not participate in New Yalta Agreement. The decisions would have been made. The Agreement can't wait the replacement of NWO governments. It will go on without the participation of the countries that have NWO governments.
