Plan B with Caspia

In Anti-NWO's compromise solution, Plan A for Eastern European group includes twenty-six countries. The composition is not finalized and various changes can be made in composition's details. The same applies to the other groups as well. For some groups it is easier while for others it is more difficult. The reasons are mainly geographical but not only.

For groups 1 and 2, Northern and Central - Southern America, there is no other region around so that country swaps can be made. The two groups have approximately the same population and due to landform, no swap can be done between them. For Sub-Saharan African groups, the Sahara desert is a geographic boundary. In addition, Sub-Saharan Africa is very different from Arabic North Africa.

In the case of the Eastern European Group 4, swaps are easier with the neighboring groups 3 (Western Europe) and 8 (Iran - Afghanistan - Pakistan). The participation of Italy in Eastern Europe's group has a small chances but is not impossible. If this happens, there should be an exchange with Eastern European countries that wish to be in Western European Group 3 and are on the Western-Eastern Europe's border. Such countries are Baltic countries, Poland, Czech Republic.

There is a big question over Israel's participation in Group 4. Eastern European group will not spoil relations with neighboring muslim groups because of Israel. Another possibility is swapping Turkey with Caspian countries. The two cases of Israel and Turkey are different. Turkey was included in Eastern European group because it has a European part with a population of ten million.

Today's inhabitants partly originate from the populations that lived in Byzantium. They are racially close to Balkans. To be precise, they are between the Caspian countries and the Balkans. Turkey applied to join EU in 1987. Back then, there were no other groups while now there are two groups they could participate, based on geographical location.

Group 5 consists of Arab countries only and already has a population of 470 million. Turkey could be part of group 8 with Iran - Afghanistan - Pakistan. Whether Turkey will be with Eastern Europe or with Iran-Afghanistan-Pakistan depends on how it defines itself and what role it wants to play. If they consider Islam an important national characteristic and want to play an important role in the Islamic world, then they should be in group 8 with muslim countries.

If they are in Group 4 of Eastern Europe, they will play an important role in the group's relations with the two neighboring islamic groups but not so big in the Muslim world. If Turkey is in group 8 with Iran -Afghanistan - Pakistan, then Caspian countries will participate in Eastern European group 4. Caspians are muslim and Asian, racially close to Turks. All Caspian countries together have the same population with Turkey (85-90 million).

The Caspian region is not Eastern Europe but has borders with it. The countries are mostly muslim but were in Soviet Union where officially there were no religions. Because of Soviet Union, they are used to coexist with the rest of the ex-Soviet countries that are christian. After the dissolution of Soviet Union, CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) was created that included all the countries of former Soviet Union, except the three Baltic.

Among Caspian countries, Kazakhstan has the highest income* (30.8 K). It is approximately same level as Bulgaria (33.6 K). Azerbaijan (17.8 K) is slightly below Albania (18.6 K). Turkmenistan (15.6 K) is just above Moldova (15.2 K). Uzbekistan (9.5 K), Kyrgyzstan (6.1 K), Tajikistan (4.9 K), are below Ukraine (12.7 K) which is the poorest country in Eastern Europe.

In terms of economic level, Turkey's participation in group 4 is preferable. With the Caspian countries, the procedures are much easier. Thirteen countries will secede from EU to join the rest that are not in EU. If Caspian countries participate, the thirteen countries that will secede from EU will join CIS and the few Balkan countries that are outside EU.

In general, Caspian countries have an abundance of energy resources. Kazakhstan ranks 11th in oil production and 8th in coal production. In natural gas, Turkmenistan is in 10th place and Uzbekistan in 15th place. Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are also high on the list. In Eastern European group's economic plan, energy resources supply from these countries is provided. If they are in the same group, it makes it a lot easier and possibly cheaper.

Therefore we cannot say that one alternative is clearly better than the other. It depends on what countries want to do. Perhaps the Caspian countries prefer to be with the countries of former Soviet Union in group 4. Will Turkey prefer to be with Eastern Europe or with a group of muslim countries (Iran-Afghanistan-Pakistan)? There is another alternative scenario gaining currently momentum where Turkey AND Caspian countries participate in group 4 (Eastern Europe).
