South Central America

South-Central America

In "Groups' income and convergence" we presented the five first groups, in terms of average per capita income (Appendix 7). For the two Eastern Asian or Pacific Groups, 9 and 10, composition is unknown. Possible groupings are shown indicatively. We suspected that the two Muslim Groups 5 and 8 and South-Central American Group 2 should be lower but we did not do the calculations.

In "Data for other Groups", we presented some additional data for the Groups not examined in Appendix 7. In "Muslim Groups and Region" we examined the two Muslim Groups 5 and 8 and calculated average income (Appendix 12). We must note that data in Appendix 7 are a year earlier than data in Appendix 12. So the values in Appendix 7 should be a little higher with the most recent data.

As we had guessed, Groups 5 and 8 are lower than the two Eastern Asian (Pacific) Groups in terms of average per capita income. It is absolutely certain that the two Subsaharan Groups are the poorest regions in the world. Generally, the income difference Subsaharan countries have with the rest of the World is big. Nevertheless, there are three countries, Botswana, South Africa, Namibia that are richer even than the poorest Eastern European countries.

What about South-Central American Group 2? Where is it placed in terms of average per capita income? Our guess was that it is much lower than Eastern European Group 3. It is time to show this and examine this Group. In Appendix 13, data for thirty (30) countries in Group 2 are presented. In Column 1 is the population, in Column 2 GDP per capita (ppp) and in Column 3 GDP (ppp).

Population data are from UN and GDP per capita from World Bank. GDP is calculated by multiplying population with per capita income. There may be some small differences with World Bank data for GDP, if they are using a different set of population data. The ranking in Table A is based on Column 3, GDP ppp, the size of the economy. Group has a total GDP of 10,3 trillion dollars.

Not all countries are presented. There are some more countries; Curacao, Aruba, US Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Sint Maarten, British Virgin Islands, Saint Martin, Anguilla, Saint Barthelemy, Montserrat. These are territories of UK, Netherlands, USA, France. They are small countries and their addition to the list wouldn't make much difference. Also Cuba is not included because there are no GDP data and could be placed in Group 1.

Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru have the five largest economies. Brazil's economy is almost three times that of the second Argentina and almost four times that of the third Colombia. This is mostly due to the much larger population Brazil has. In Table B, two different rankings are shown. First, in part 1, the countries are ranked according to population.

Brazil has four times the population of Colombia and Argentina that are in second and third place. Actually Brazil's population is 40% of the Group. The other four largest, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela have 33% of the population. So the top five countries have 73%. If we add the next three, Chile, Guatemala, Ecuador, their percentage becomes 83% of the total population.

In part 2 of Table B, the countries are ranked according to GDP per capita ppp. The first four richest countries, Guyana, Panama, Bahamas, Uruguay are small. Only the fifth, Chile is not small (but not big either). The average per capita income (ppp) for South-Central American Group 2 is 20,4 thousands dollars. This is a little above Group 5 (17,7) and Group 8 (15,4).

It is a little below Northeastern Asian Group 9 (24,6) and almost the same with Southeastern Asian and Oceanian Group 10 ( 20,8). We need to repeat two things. Data in Appendix 7 are a year earlier than those in Appendices 12 and 13. So the values with most recent data in Appendix 7 should be a little higher. Also Groups 9 and 10 are shown indicatively because their composition is unknown.

We also need to remind one very important thing. Being in a Group with richer countries will not make a country richer. This is a big NWO - EU deception. Likewise, being in a Group with poorer countries, will not make a country poorer. If the Groups are designed correctly, all countries could benefit from their participation. If they are designed incorrectly, like EU, most countries are harmed by their participation.

It was explained that Arab Group 5 is ready. It exists since 1944 or 1945. South-Central American Group 2 is almost ready. There are three Groups, MERCOSUR, Andean Community, PARLACEN. Together they constitute Group 2. All they need to do is make some agreements and collaborate in some way, in order to form Group 2. The three groups can remain relatively independent subgroups of Group 2.

The largest Group is MERCOSUR which is the Spanish abbreviation for Southern Common Market. It was established by the Treaty of Asuncion in 1991. This was signed by Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay in Asuncion, the capital of Paraguay. It was supplemented by the Protocol of Ouro Preto, signed in 1994 in Vila Rica (Ouro Preto), Brazil.

Full members are Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay. Venezuela was a full member but has been suspended. Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Suriname are associate members. Andean Community was founded in 1969 and has Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru as members. Originally it included Chile and later Venezuela was added but these two countries withdrew. Associate members are Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile.

PARLACEN or Central American Parliament started in 1980's with Contadora Group and Esquipulas II Agreement. It includes Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Panama. PARLACEN and Central American Court of Justice are part of Central American Integration System (SICA) in which Belize, Costa Rica, Honduras also participate. It started in 1991 with the Protocol of Tegucigalpa.

In 1960, with the Treaty of Mondevideo, the Latin American Free Trade Association, LAFTA, was established. It included Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. Later Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Panama and Venezuela were added. There is overlapping not only in South-Central America but all over the World as it has been explained in "Huge Support for AntiNWO".

AntiNWO puts an end to the chaos NWO's lunatics have created. Mexico is placed in North American Group 1 with USA and Canada. There is some lack of homegeneity but it is done so that the two American Groups 1 and 2 will have roughly the same population with each other and with the rest of the Groups. Also Mexico is in North America and USMCA already exists.

It seems that in South-Central America, they got some ideas from EU. EU and NWO's plan are huge failures. AntiNWO will assist them with a much better organization model and their economic plan of rapid development. South-Central American countries must proceed ASAP with the Group as described, only with core countries if necessary. They can have Subgroups and cozy Regions inside the Subgroups, as they desire.
