Two courses of action
The order for the terrorist attack at Crocus Center in Moscow, most likely came from Weimar Triangle I.e. France - Germany - Poland. The attack is related to a) the war in Ukraine b) Eastern European group's composition. There are indications of what happened but it has not been proven yet and at this point it is not certain. The most likely scenario is as follows.
Russia is fighting against Polish Ukrainians that support Zelensky who is Polish Ukrainian and Jewish. Ukraine is not a nation but a country that has mainly two ethnic groups, Russians in the East and Polish in the West. Poland obviously supports Polish Ukrainians. Weimar Triangle is an alliance between France - Germany - Poland. It is named after the german city Weimar where it was first established in 1991. Recently Weimar Triangle was renewed and strengthened, in order to support together Polish Ukrainians.
Ukraine is big in terms of area but not so big in terms of population. It is also the poorest country in Europe. So it is not a strong country. It does not have an extensive network of secret agents all over the world. This is not true for Weimar Triangle and especially for France and Germany. Weimar Triangle, using their extensive network of secret agents, has befriended many of Russia's enemies, on behalf of Ukraine. Some of them are Muslims in Northern Caucasus and Caspian Region.
Weimar Triangle wanted to give a big blow to Russia but in a way that no one would realize they did it. So they thought to use ISIS - K which in the past had made terrorist attacks against Russia and even Iran. At this point, ISIS - K had no reason to make an attack of such a big scale in Russia. So Weimar Triangle's secret agents had to give them a very good reason to make the attack.
Most likely they received money but money was not the main motive. As one arrested terrorist said on camera, he received 5 or 10 thousand euros. It is not clear if he was referring to the whole amount or half of the amount that he received in advance. Money just helped the main motive. Weimar Triangle's secret agents Intentionally mislead ISIS - K and made them believe something that is not true.
They convinced them that Russia is trying to include Caspian countries in Eastern European group. This is not entirely a lie but it is not the truth either. Russia supports all alternatives for Eastern European group. These are quite a few as it will be explained in a following article. Russia supported the initial composition that included 26 countries.
That would have advanced with Russia's blessings. It was Weimar Triangle that put huge barriers and did not let it go through. Poland, Czech Republic, Baltic countries, under the guidance of Germany and France, strongly opposed participating in Eastern Europe's group. Italy's solution came up but did not have much luck. It is not entirely abandoned but has very few chances.
The Caspian alternative was gaining momentum. The majority of citizens in Caspian countries want to be part of Eastern Europe's group. Turkey liked it because they are racially related with Caspian countries. Russia liked it because Caspian countries were part of Russian Empire, Soviet Union and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). ISIS - K did not like it at all.
ISIS - K wants all Muslim countries to form a nation under Islamic law. They want only solid Muslim groups. They want Caspian countries to be in the same group with Afghanistan - Iran - Pakistan. That was plan A of Anti - NWO's compromise solution. Weimar Triangle's agents told ISIS - K that Russia was making a big effort to include Caspian countries in Eastern European group.
Weimar Triangle's agents presented matters to ISIS - K in a different way than they actually are. Russia will accept any composition for Eastern European group. In reality, it is Weimar Triangle's opposition to the original composition that led to the search for other alternatives. Those responsible for the Caspian alternative I.e Weimar Triangle or Macron - Soltz - Tusk trio put the blame on Russia.
The way ISIS - K will be treated, depends very much on the alternative composition for Eastern Europe's group that will be decided. If it is the Caspian alternative I.e. Caspian countries will be in the same group with Eastern European countries, then Russia will have to eliminate ISIS - K and perhaps ISIS in general. Other countries will assist.
If it is the original composition with the 26 countries, an opposite course of action towards ISIS- K is needed. They must understand that Weimar Triangle, Czech Republic and Baltic countries are responsible for the original plan's abandonment. If ISIS-K wants Caspian countries to be with Afghanistan - Iran - Pakistan, they would have to convince Weimar Triangle, Czech Republic and Baltic countries, not Russia.
ISIS's methods of convincing are specific. They do not do summits or meetings but terrorist attacks. There are also mixed solutions. Poland only could be included in Western Europe's group since it has a long lasting rivalry with Russia. Some of the Caspian countries could be part of Eastern European group and the rest go with Iran - Afghanistan - Pakistan.
