Active is limited

There are good news and there are bad news. The good news is that WESTERN EUROPEAN NWO has finally ABANDONED one of the GREATEST HUMAN STUPIDITIES, their highly defective plan from the Dark Ages. Western European NWO is the main supporter of NWO's plan that has failed enormously. There won't be four Unions, European, American, African, Asian.

WESTERN EUROPEAN NWO has ACCEPTED FOUR COALITIONS with roughly 25% of the world's population each. The bad news is that WESTERN EUROPEAN NWO is trying to FIT EU INSIDE ONE COALITION. Their NEW TOTALLY INSANE IDEA is to be PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE. Not only they CAN'T be PROACTIVE but they CAN'T be REACTIVE either. They do NOT PARTICIPATE in DECISION MAKING since they are the main supporters of NWO's plan.

It is like if the Nazis and the Axis Powers wanted to be proactive in Yalta Conference and affect how the post war arrangement of international relations would be. They lost the war and did not participate in decision making. Even France did not participate in Yalta Agreement because it did not do much to defeat Axis Powers. Western European NWO lost the "war" regarding the new arrangement of international relations.

Their ridiculous plan has been thrown in the garbage can but the new plan has not been decided yet. One of AntiNWO's two plans will be chosen, Plan 1 or Plan 2. Plan 1 has Coalitions of Groups and Plan 2 Coaltions of Countries. In Plan A, there is no EU in any of the two Groupings, A (Appendic 37) or B (Appendix 39). There are Western European Group and Eastern European Group. Their composition is different in each Grouping.

In another article, we will examine other groupings that do not work very well in forming Coalitions and explain why these should not be used. It is better to choose Coalitions of Countries instead of these groupings. We have not examined alternative Groupings so far because we wanted to present Coalitions of Countries first to make understood why this is preferable.

So there are only two alternative Groupings, A and B. Western and Eastern European Group could be in the same Coalition as separate, independent, distinct Groups. There are certain conditions for that. Western European NWO would have to renounce NWO's plan and support AntiNWO's. Alternatively, parties that support AntiNWO's plan will replace NWO parties in Western Europe.

First the Groups must be formed and then Coalitions can be decided or finalized. So the first step is to decide Grouping, A or B. Then Eastern European EU countries should separate from Western and form a Group with the rest of Eastern European countries that are not in EU. In Grouping B, SFA (Scandinavia - Finland - Austria) are in the same Group with Eastern European countries.

AntiNWO's plan 2 has Coalitions of Countries. There are no Groups or Unions in the Coalitions. But divisions and subdivisions are highly recommended. This is a matter of internal organization, a decision made by each Coalition in which the other Coalitions are not involved. First the Coalitions must be decided and formed. They can be incomplete for long time and function well.

A very important step it to choose the poles. These will gather the rest of the countries in the Coalition. After the poles are decided, many countries / areas will join the Coalitions right away because they have good relations with countries in the poles. Another way is if decision makers agree on an arrangement that seems good. Such an arrangement was presented in the two previous articles and in Appendix 44.

In order to get the arrangement, poles were used. All four Coalitions have poles. Coalition B is China's and Coalition C is North America's (USA's). Coalition D is Eastern Europe's. Eastern Pacific (Japan, S. Korea, Australia, New Zealand) could also be added as a pole. In Coalition A, Western Europe and India can decide if one or both will be the pole. The two processes are not the same but very similar.

In first, the poles are decided first. Then they gather countries / areas in the Coalition. It is very likely that the Coalitions will end up like the ones we presented in Appendix 44 because it is very likely that the poles will choose these countries. In the other, decision makers agree on four Coalitions that are composed around four poles. Decision makers have the right to be the poles.

Western Europe will not participate in decision making because they lost the "war". Nazis and Axis powers did not participate in Yalta Conference. The leaders of AntiNWO's plan are North America (USA), China, Eastern Europe. They should be the three poles, unless they decide otherwise. Western Europe can be a pseudo-pole of a Pseudo-Coalition.

The arrangement presented in the two previous articles and in Appendix 44 seems as good as it can get. However, there can be modifications. Countries or areas can be exchanged between two Coalitions. There can also be triangular exchanges as well, B gives to C, C to D and D to B. It must be very clear that DECISION MAKERS will DECIDE regarging these MODIFICATIONS.

WESTERN EUROPE is NOT PARTICIPATING in DECISION MAKING DIRECTLY. They could only PARTICIPATE INDIRECTLY. They can tell the decision makers what their preferences are. Decision makers are not obligated to take these preferences serioulsy. They may or may not consider Western Europe's preferences. It is up to them to decide if they will satisfy Western Europe's desires and how much.

Western European NWO could OFFER to decision makers REWARDS to make them consider their preferences and perhaps give them some of what they want. Being active (proactive or reactive) is very limited. There is not much Western Europe can do to affect the new arrangement of international relations. They can only LET decision makers KNOW their preferences and try to LURE them with REWARDS.

In another article, we will present some possible modifications in the suggested arrangement. This will be a decision in which Western Europe will not be allowed to participate directly because they lost the "war". We should note that they get a very good deal for losers. WESTERN EUROPE should be DIVIDED in many parts, like Germany was right after World War II.

In many areas around the world, Western European NWO is considered a cabal of psychopaths. There is fear that they will try to control the Coalition and impose their will on the rest. Eastern European AntiNWO has deep and strong hate for them. They have been trying to conquer or control Eastern Europe for a thousand years. Most areas do not want Western Europe to be in their Coalition. Western Europe got a very good deal. All is in Coalition A (except British Isles?) and areas have been found to make their Coalition complete.
