Solving three problems
Solving three problems
We have stated repeatedly that the arrangement presented in Appendix 45 seems as GOOD as it can GET. Our OPINION has NOT CHANGED. However, there are three problems, one big and two smaller. The BIG PROBLEM, as ALWAYS, is WESTERN EUROPE. Sometime in the Dark Ages, a very stupid plan was conceived in Western Europe. Since then, Western European NWO has done endless horrible things and created endless problems in Europe and in the rest of the world for the sake of their insane plan.
Because WESTERN EUROPE is a BIG PROBLEM, the suggested arrangement can serve as basis for exchanges or changes between Coalitions. Some were examined in previous articles. In Appendix 46, we present these exchanges in tables. The areas are those from Appendix 45. Populations are in millions. In Table 1 is the recommended arrangement. In our opinion, this seems to be the best of all the alternatives that we have examined.
In Table 2, Western Europe (A1 + A2) is initially exchanged for D10 (Subsaharan) between Coalitions A and D. Another exchange would be required, Eastern Pacific (D5 + D6) for A3. This is NOT a GOOD ARRANGEMENT. WESTERN and EASTERN Europe are advanced areas. They should be in DIFFERENT COALITIONS with less advanced areas and assist them in their development. The other two Coalitions, B and C, remain as in Table 1.
In Table 3, Western Europe initially gets Mercosur+ (C3). D gives Oceania (D6) to C and gets Scandinavia - Finland - Austria (A2) from A. This is a triangular exchange. In Table 4, North America's Coalition C has India and in Table 5, Eastern Europe's Coalition D has India. The arrangement in Table 3 is more likely to happen, than those in Tables 2, 4, 5. This is what WESTERN EUROPE asked for.
They asked for MERCOSUR and INDIA. In Table 3, they get Mercosur+ and India. The percentage of C is low. The arrangement can be further improved, if instead of Mercosur+, Western Europeans get only what they asked for. They did not ask for Mercosur+ (C3) but for Mercosur, without Peru and Chile. In that case, the percentage of A decreases. So A could have back Scandinavia - Finland - Austria (A2).
There is another smaller problem, Turkey. Like Western Europe, they have been among the major supporters of NWO's ridiculous plan. But they did not accept it as it is. They wanted to change it and include Turkey in European Union, instead of in Asian Union. Furthermore, they wanted to have a leading role in Muslim countries. Most of them would be in Asian Union, in which Turkey did not want to participate.
It is not clear if Turkey prefers to be in Coalition D instead of B. What we know, is that they have been desperately trying to join EU which was western of Turkey. Asian Union would be eastern of Turkey. In Coalition D, there are many countries that are currently in that horrible monstrosity EU and other countries that were supposed to join EU according to NWO's ultra - defective plan.
Our guess is that Turkey would prefer to be in D but this is merely a guess. We have not talked with the government or the opposition in Turkey. However, Turkey's placement in Coalition D will be VERY DIFFICULT but NOT entirely IMPOSSIBLE. Balkan countries and Israel strongly oppose it. Saudi Arabia and some other countries in Arab Peninsula probably do not like that either.
On the contrary, there is no opposition for Turkey's participation in B. Iran may prefer the Turkey - D4 (Azerbaijan - Central Asia) exchange but does not oppose Turkey's participationlike Balkan countries and Israel. It is not clear if China wants Turkey in B but most likely, it does not oppose it. There are pros and cons for China with Turkey's participation in B.
Turkey is the eleventh largest economy and the ninth military power. It is in top 50, in terms of income per capita (ppp). As a matter of fact, if Turkey is in B, it will have the highest per capita income, higher than China's. But China is much more technologically advanced and has the largest economy in the world, 50% larger (ppp) than USA's . On the other hand, Turkey leans towards the "West" and could be less "loyal", compared to other countries.
In the previous article, it was stated that with Turkey - ACA exchange, there are pros and cons for USA and Russia. Suppose that the arrangement in Appendix 45 is accepted as the basis for exchanges or changes. Turkey - D4 (Azerbaijan - Central Asia) exchange is between Coalitions B and D. Why would USA get involved if Coalition C does not participate in the exchange?
USA should not get involved, if this is the only exchange. It does not concern Coalition C. It is a matter that concerns only Coalitions B and D. However, this may not be the only exchange. Turkey is a small problem. WESTERN EUROPE is the BIG PROBLEM. North America's contribution may be needed in order to solve the big problem. In the proposed arrangement (Appendix 45), Mercosur in in C with North America (USA).
It is reasonable to have all the countries of the American continent in one Coalition, since the other continents are an ocean apart. Nonetheless, Western Europe asked for India and Mercosur and with the proposed arrangement they are getting only India. If they also get Mercosur, there is nothing they can say. They MUST ACCEPT the ARRANGEMENT because they GET ALL they ASKED FOR.
North America's (USA's) assistance may be needed in order to sovle the big problem, Western Europe. In return for the favor, Eastern Europe may give to North America Oceania (D6). Also it may allow North America (USA) to get involved in the two smaller problems that do not concern Coalition C, Turkey and Israel. Israel's placement is another problem.
Eastern (and Western) Europeans perceive Israel as big trouble and do not want to have big trouble in their Coalition for no reason. Also many Arab countries do not want Israel in their Coalition. USA is Israel's closest ally. Israel could be in Coaltion C but USA is too far. It can't be with Iran and Lebanon in B. It could be in Coalition C, if North America (USA) contributes to the solution of the big problem, Western Europe.
This is presented in Appendix 47. Western Europe gets what it asked for, India and Mercosur. They should be very satisfied with that. Israel and Turkey are in D. Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan remain in D. The other four countries of D4 (Azerbaijan - Central Asia) are in B. Sudan is in B. North America gets Oceania (D6). The percentages are A 25,7%, B 26,0%, C 24%, D 24,3%. This is not the recommended arrangement but one that could solve one big problem and two smaller ones.
