Multipart world

During Cold War, there were two different sides, based on the two different politicoeconomic systems, free or mixed economy and communism. USA was the leader of free (mixed) economy side and Soviet Union the leader of communist side. Cold War and communism ended in the late 1980's. Nevertheless, there are people in USA and China that support a two-sided world.

The war in Iran may be related with that notion. AntiNWO's plan has two Groupings A and B. In Table A of Appendix 31, Grouping B is presented. It is based on Talbes A of Appendices 26, 27, 28. As it was explained in "Acceptable range", half of the world's population is in the American (A1-A2-A3), European (E1-E2), Muslim (M1-M2-M3) and Subsaharan (S1-S2-S3-S4) Groups.

The other half is in China, India and the Rest of Asia plus Oceania (R1-R2-R3-R4) Groups. If we use Grouping A, it is the same but the Groups are different. Half of the world is in American (A1-A2), European (E1-E2), Muslim (M1-M2) and Subsaharan (S1-S2) Groups. The other half of the world's population is in China (C), India (I) and the Rest of Asia plus Oceania (R1-R2) Groups.

Let's assume that the world is divided into two sides, something AntiNWO opposes. One side is China, India and Rest of Asia plus Oceania. The other side is the rest. Those people in USA and China that support a two-sided world, believe that China should be the leader of one side and USA the leader of the other side. So Iran would be in USA's side and Iran's government should be friendly towards USA.

First of all, not all R Groups may be with China and India. As far as we know, the arrangement of Groups in Coalitions has not been decided yet. We will use Grouping B but anyone can follow the same reasoning with Grouping A. It is very likely that R1, as presented in Table C of Appendix 33, will be together with E2. This allows M3 (Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan) to be with China. Furthermore, a reasoning of mixing Groups from different parts of the world may be followed.

Second and more important, IF there are TWO SIDES, these should be CHINA's and INDIA's, not CHINA's and USA's. The proposed leadership of China and USA is based on the size of the economy. It it is based on military strength, USA and Russia should be the two leaders because these are in first and second ranking. China is third, India is fourth and South Korea is fifth, according to Global Firepower.

If we measure GDP in NOMINAL VALUES, in the first five places are USA, China, Germany, India, Japan. But this is INCORRECT because it is AFFECTED by the different PRICE LEVELS that exist in different countries. There should be adjustment so that in every country, the same price level is used. This is done with purchasing power parity (ppp) values.

With nominal values, USA's GDP is approximately 50% higher than China's. With PPP VALUES, CHINA's GDP is almost 50% HIGHER than USA's. With ppp values, the other countries in top five are INDIA, RUSSIA, JAPAN. It is CERTAIN that in the FUTURE, INDIA will SURPASS USA because it has more than four times larger population. In the FUTURE, the world's TWO LARGEST ECONOMIES will be CHINA'S and INDIA's.

When this will happen depends on the difference between the growth rates of the two countries, USA and India. Whatever ARRANGEMENT will be made in WORLD's RELATIONS, will LAST for MANY DECADES and probably CENTURIES. This will not be done only for a few years. Since it is absolutely certain that India will have the second largest economy, IF there are TWO SIDES, these should be CHINA's and INDIA's.

The people in USA that support two sides, like in Cold War, have not realized that a TWO-SIDED world is NOT in FAVOR of USA. They should examine more carefully the difference betweeen nominal and ppp GDP values and the difference between USA's and India's growth rates. They will be certain that India will surpass USA and will become the world's second largest economy.

Third and most important, AntiNWO supports a MULTI-PART or MULTI-POLAR world. Unlike NWO's plan, AntiNWO's is DECENTRALIZED. In NWO's ridiculous plan, there are four Unions, European, American, African, Asian. In AntiNWO's Grouping A, there are 10+2=12 twelve Groups. In Grouping B, there are 16+2=18 eighteen Groups. There can be further division inside the Groups with Subgroups and Regions.

Appendix 29 presents how the two European Groups can be further divided, according to Grouping B. In Appendix 11, it is shown how Eastern European Group can be divided into Subgroups and Regions, according to Grouping A. In Appendix 15, possible Subgroups are presented in Tables A and B for Western European Group (Grouping A).  Similar divisions can be made in other Groups as well.

In the opposite direction, Groups can be aggregated or consolidated into Subcoalitions and four (4) Coalitions. The NUMBER of COALITIONS is FOUR (4), NOT TWO (2). There could be two Mega-Coalitions with two Coalitions each but this does not seem beneficial currently. Nevertheless, even if there are two Mega-Coalitions in the future, one should be China's and the other India's because these two will be the largest economies in the future.

Although AntiNWO consolidates Groups into Subcoalitions and Coalitions, it considers GROUPS as the MAIN POLES or PARTS. Close cooperation will be inside Groups. In Subcoalitions and Coalitions, there will be much looser realtions. AntiNWO divides the world into 10+2=12 twelve or 16+2=18 eighteen parts. This will be consolidated into four (4) Coalitions but the Groups will remain the basic division.

It may be to China's benefit to view the world as two sides. Most likely India, the second largest economy of the future, does not agree with being under China. People in USA that have Cold War mentality and view the world as two sides, should realize that this is not beneficial to USA because they will end up being in China's or India's side. The should VIEW the WORLD as AT LEAST FOUR (4) PARTS.

We should emphasize that AntiNWO does not view the world as four (4) parts. AntiNWO's supports making the world affairs more orderly by having some structure but unlike NWO, AntiNWO DESPISES CENTRALIZATION and LIKES DECENTRALIZATION. AntiNWO views the world as 10+2=12 twelve or 16+2=18 eighteen parts (poles) that are consolidated into Subcoalitions and four (4) Coalitions.
