Availability and steps

There are two ways the arrangement of Groups in Coalitions can be done, with a) AGREEMENT b) DMPR or RLS. An agreement could result in a better arrangement but if decision makers are unable to reach an agreement, DMPR and RLS are FAIR processes to get an arrangement. IDEALLY, the ARRANGEMENT will INCLUDE ALL GROUPS. But this is not necessary. The AVAILABILITY reasoning can be followed.

Only the AVAILABLE GROUPS can be CONSIDERED for the ARRANGEMENT. The rest may be placed in Pseudo-Coalitions (one or more) or ignored indefinitely, like they do not exist. Again, there are two ways to have an arrangement with the available Groups a) agreement b) DMPR or RLS. In both ways, all the available Groups will be considered. So either all Groups or only the available ones will be considered. However, even as low as TWO Groups can be considered.

In the LONG TERM, there will be FOUR COMPLETE COALITIONS. Each Coalition will have roughly one fourth of the word's population. There will be an acceptable range decided, ±2 or ±3. It could be even more than that. It is not necessary to ARRANGE ALL COALITIONS from START. COALITIONS can be completed in SEVERAL STEPS. Coalitions and Subcoalitions can be incomplete for some time, months, years or decades.

These will be better understood with some examples. There are three Muslim Groups, M1, M2, M3. These are shown in Table A of Appendix 27. They could form a complete Subcoalition. Their population is one eight of the world's. Eventually, three more Groups will be added to that Subcoalition and have a Coalition. This could be done gradually in steps or at once by merging with three other Groups that have formed a complete Subcoalition.

Suppose that after sometime, the second step occurs. The three American groups (A1, A2, A3) shown in Table A of Appendix 28 or Appendix 30, form a Subcoalition. Theoretically, E1-E2-R1 could form a Subcoalition. There is economic and geographic (spatial) proximity. The problem is that Western European Group E1 is the main opponent of AntiNWO's plan and the main supporter of NWO's plan.

So let's say that E2- R1-R4 form a Subcoalition at the third step. R1 has Japan, South Korea and some other countries. R4 has Australia, New Zealand and some other countries. How close R1 will be to R4 depends on the composition of the two Groups, the other countries that will be included, in addition to the ones mentioned. We do not know the composition of the S (Subsaharan Africa) and R (Rest of Asia and Oceania) Groups yet.

Let's say that China forms a Coalition with the two remaining R Groups, R2 and R3 (fourth step). This Coalition will be complete. There will be six Groups left, I, E1 and the four Subsaharan (S1, S2, S3, S4). These will be the Leftovers. Suppose that three of the Subsaharan Groups decide to form a Subcoalition as well, S1-S2-S3 (fifth step). There will be only three Leftovers, S4, I, E1. They could be dumped in a Subcoalition or just ignored, like they do not exist.

Eventually, these three Groups will be in one Coalition. It will not matter when this will happen. It can take decades or centuries. The final step is to form Coalitions with the existing Subcoalitions. There are three ways a) M1-M2-M3 with S1-S2-S3 and A1-A2-A3 with E2-R1-R4 b) M1-M2-M3 with E2-R1-R4 and A1-A2-A2 with S1-S2-S3 c) M1-M2-M3 with A1-A2-A3 and E2-R1-R4 with S1-S2-S3.

Suppose that A1 and A2 want to form a Subcoalition but A3 does not. A1 and A2 could form an incomplete Subcoalition. In another step, A3 or another Group will be added. So a Subcoalition can be formed in steps. Likewise, E2 and R1 could form an incomplete Subcoalition. At another step, R4, E1 or another Group will be added to make the Subcoalition complete.

Another alternative is to have THREE TWO-GROUP SUBCOALITIONS forming a COALITION. In China's and India's Coalition, two more Groups will be added in order to bring the population roughly to 25% of the world's. In the other two Coalitions, there will be SIX GROUPS. SIX can be DIVIDED by TWO and THREE. So there can be TWO or THREE Subcoalitions.

This has been mentioned in previous articles but has not been emphasized enough. It is a VERY IMPORTANT POINT that ADDS even more FLEXIBILITY to AntiNWO's Plans B and B2. Suppose that A1-A2 is one TWO-GROUP COMPLETE SUBCOALITION and E2-R1 another one. These two can form one incomplete Coalition. Another two-Group complete Subcoalition will be needed. That could be R3-R4, S3-S4 or any Subcoalition having two Groups.

An example of eight steps to form Subcoalitions and Coalitions is; 1) A1-A2 2) E2-R1 3) C-R2-R3 4) M2-M3 5) E1-M1 6) I-S2-S4 7) A3-R4 8) S1-S3. The time between the steps can be hours, days, months, years, decades. China's and India's Coalitions are complete. Excluding these two Coalitions, there are six complete Subcoalitions with two Groups each. There are many ways these six Subcoalitions can form two Coalitions.

Obviously, the Subcoalitions and Coalitions mentioned were just examples. Instead of these, MANY OTHER COMBINATIONS are possible. Geograhpic (spatial) proximity is not necessary. Anyone interested can find many possible alternatives. The Groups that form incomplete or complete Subcoalitions and Coalitions, actively participate in AntiNWO's plan and have a choice regarding their placement. Leftovers will be placed with the rest of the Leftovers.

To sum it up, there are three ways to arrange the Groups in Coalitions. One is to have an arrangement that includes all the Groups. It could be done with agreement or DMPR/RLS. That could result in a better arrangement but it may not be feasible. The other is to have an arrangement that includes only the available Groups. Again, this can be done with agreement or DMPR/RLS.

The third way is to have Groups form incomplete or complete Subcoalitions and Coalitions in steps. The only agreement needed is among those that form the Subcoalitions and the Coalitions. M1-M2-M3, A1-A2-A3, E1-E2-R1 or E2-R1-R4, A1-A2, E2-R1, M2-M2, A3-R3, C-R2-R3, I-S2-S4 etc do NOT NEED PERMISSION from the rest to form a Subcoalition or a Coalition. They can make their Subcoalitions and Coalitions without asking the rest.

They should keep in mind though that there will be four Coalitions in the end. Each one will have roughly 25% of the world's population. In each Coalition, there can be two Subcoalitions with three Groups each or three Subcoalitions with two Groups each. It is not even necessary to have Subcoalitions but it is preferable and recommended. There can be further division in Groups with Subgroups and Regions.

Below are many previous articles regarding the Coalitions of Plan A. Most if not all of what was explained in these articles is valid for forming Subcoalitions and Coalitions with different Groups, those presented in Appendix 31. In addition to the Groups shown, there will be four Groups in Subsaharan Africa (S1, S2, S3, S4) and four in the Rest of Asia plus Oceania (R1, R2, R3, R4).
