Incomplete Coalitions can function very well for long. The four poles should be North America-British isles, Western Europe-India, Eastern Europe-Eastern Pacific, China.
It is not required to have continuous areas in Coalitions of Countries. Initially, separate countries can be added and then make an effort to create continuous areas.
Subsaharan Africa can be divided into four parts. Each Coalition will get one. ASEAN can be in Coalition C instead of D. There are endless changes but also limitations.

Coalition A can have a part in Africa instead of Mercosur+. North Africa can be divided into two parts. The most advanced countries are divided into the four Coalitions.
There are valid arguments for having all Subsaharan Africa in Coalition C and the parts of Asia that have not been included so far in Coalition D. There are more options.
Sudan, Somalia, Djibouti, Comoros can be in Coalition B. There are many alternatives to make C and D complete with North Africa, Rest of Asia, ASEAN, Subsaharan Africa.
The arrangement of Appendix 40 can be the foundation and make changes. SFA should prefer to be in Coalition D. Turkiye can be in A, B, D. The least opposition is in B.
Subcoalitions, Regions and Subregions are recommended. Iran-Israel war should stop. The different sides should be in different Coalitions and mind their own business.
Four possible Coalitions are shown. One should be Western Europe, Mercosur, India, Turkiye. This is the most privileged. Two have Russia+Greece+Finland equivalent more.
Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Finland, Austria, Japan, Korea, Oceania can be in a Coalition. Western Europe can be together with India and Mercosur, not Eastern Europe.
Coalitions of Countries is best for relations between countries. What was explained in Coalitions of Groups can be used in Coalitions of Counries. There are three plans.
There can be four Coalitions of countries without Groups. Each will have 25% of the population. It has advantages and disadvantages. Terminating EU will be a big problem.
Developing relations between Groups could take twenty years. Before that happens, Groups should be decided, formed with a core of countries and get organized internally.
Adequate time should be given for Relations to develop. Final Arrangement should be based on Relations. There can be Initial Arrangement or Free Formation all the way.
Decision makers should choose one of AntiNWO's two Groupings that work very well in forming Coalitions and leave the decision about Coalitions to others in the future.

Two sided world is Cold War mentality. If there are two sides, it should be China's and India's. AntiNWO views the world as 12 or 18 parts consolidated into 4 Coalitions.
Everything that was mentioned for Plan B/B2 can be used for Plan A, free formation, agreement, DMPR/RLS, incomplete Coalitions. Leaders should try different arrangements.

Decision makers should try different ways of arranging Groups. Spatial proximity is only required in Groups. Mixing Groups from different parts of the world is a way.
Iran exports its oil to China and needs the support. The Silk Road goes through M3. Afghanistan is anti-West too. M3 could be with China. Having R1 with E2 allows it.
Most of the countries in R1 could be non ASEAN. In that case, under certain conditions the Coalitions could be A1-A2-A3 M2-S3-S4, E2-E1-R1 M1-S1-S2, C M3-R4, I R2-R3.
